في إطار جهودها المستمرة لتعزيز المشهد الحضري والارتقاء بمستوى النظافة العامة والبيئة، تمكنت بلدية مدينة الظهران من رصد ورفع 282 سيارة تالفة ومهملة خلال عام 2025، وذلك ضمن حملاتها الميدانية المكثفة لمعالجة مظاهر التشوّه البصري وتحسين جودة الحياة في الأحياء والمناطق التابعة لها.
وأوضح رئيس بلدية مدينة الظهران المهندس فيصل بن عبدالهادي القحطاني أنه تم رصد 234 سيارة تالفة ومهملة في مواقع مختلفة من المدينة، بينما جرى رفع 48 سيارة بعد استيفاء الإجراءات النظامية اللازمة بالتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية. كما أشارت إلى أن العمل جارٍ حالياً على متابعة 106 سيارات أخرى تم رصدها ميدانياً، تمهيداً لاستكمال الإجراءات النظامية حيالها.
وأشار المهندس فيصل القحطاني إلى حرص البلدية على استمرار حملاتها الميدانية لمعالجة جميع مظاهر الإهمال والتشوه البصري، داعياً المواطنين والمقيمين إلى التعاون والإبلاغ عن أي سيارات مهملة عبر تطبيق (بلدي) أو مركز البلاغات (940).
وبين القحطاني أن هذه الجهود ضمن خطط الأمانة لتحقيق مستهدفات برنامج جودة الحياة، أحد برامج رؤية المملكة 2030، والمساهمة في خلق بيئة حضرية صحية وآمنة.
As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance the urban landscape and improve the level of public cleanliness and the environment, the Municipality of Dhahran has managed to identify and remove 282 damaged and abandoned vehicles during the year 2025, as part of its intensive field campaigns to address visual distortions and improve the quality of life in the neighborhoods and areas under its jurisdiction.
The Mayor of Dhahran, Engineer Faisal bin Abdulhadi Al-Qahtani, stated that 234 damaged and abandoned vehicles were identified in various locations throughout the city, while 48 vehicles were removed after completing the necessary legal procedures in coordination with the relevant authorities. He also indicated that work is currently underway to monitor 106 other vehicles that have been identified in the field, in preparation for completing the necessary legal procedures regarding them.
Engineer Faisal Al-Qahtani emphasized the municipality's commitment to continuing its field campaigns to address all forms of neglect and visual distortion, urging citizens and residents to cooperate and report any abandoned vehicles through the (Baladi) app or the reporting center (940).
Al-Qahtani explained that these efforts are part of the municipality's plans to achieve the targets of the Quality of Life Program, one of the programs of Saudi Vision 2030, and to contribute to creating a healthy and safe urban environment.
