وفي بداية الجلسة، أطلع ولي العهد، مجلس الوزراء، على مضامين اتصالاته الهاتفية مع رئيس دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة الشيخ محمد بن زايد آل نهيان، ورئيس جمهورية كوريا لي جاي ميونغ، ورئيسة وزراء الجمهورية الإيطالية جورجيا ميلوني، وعلى فحوى الرسالة التي تلقاها من رئيس جمهورية سيراليون الدكتور جوليوس مادا بيو.
وشدّد المجلس في سياق متابعته التطورات الإقليمية والدولية إدانته بأشد العبارات تصريحات رئيس وزراء حكومة الاحتلال الإسرائيلي بشأن ما يُسمى «رؤية إسرائيل الكبرى»، والرفض التام للأفكار والمشاريع الاستيطانية والتوسعية لسلطات الاحتلال، مؤكداً الحق التاريخي والقانوني للشعب الفلسطيني الشقيق بإقامة دولته المستقلة ذات السيادة على أراضيه استناداً إلى القوانين الدولية ذات الصلة.
وفي الشأن المحلي، وافق مجلس الوزراء في جلسته على نظام الحرف والصناعات اليدوية.
إدانة بناء مستوطنات بالقدس وحل أزمة روسيا وأوكرانيا
أوضح وزير الدولة عضو مجلس الوزراء لشؤون مجلس الشورى وزير الإعلام بالنيابة الدكتور عصام بن سعد بن سعيد، في بيانه لوكالة الأنباء السعودية عقب الجلسة، أن المجلس أدان بشدة موافقة سلطات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي على بناء مستوطنات في محيط مدينة القدس المحتلة، مجدداً مطالبة المملكة العربية السعودية المجتمع الدولي خاصة الدول دائمة العضوية في مجلس الأمن باتخاذ الإجراءات الفورية لإلزام سلطات الاحتلال بوقف جرائمها ضد الشعب الفلسطيني وأرضه المحتلة، والامتثال للقرارات الأممية.
وأكد مجلس الوزراء دعم المملكة العربية السعودية جميع الجهود الدبلوماسية الرامية إلى حل الأزمة (الروسية - الأوكرانية) بالطرق السلمية والوصول إلى السلام بين البلدين، معرباً في هذا الإطار عن ترحيبه بالقمتين اللتين عقدهما رئيس الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية دونالد ترمب مع رئيس روسيا الاتحادية فلاديمير بوتين، ومع رئيس أوكرانيا فولوديمير زيلينسكي وقادة دول أوروبية.
اعتزاز بمسيرة «العمل الإنساني» والارتقاء بمستوى المعلمين
بين الدكتور عصام بن سعد بن سعيد، أن المجلس عبّر بمناسبة «اليوم العالمي للعمل الإنساني» الذي وافق عن اعتزازه بالمسيرة المباركة للمملكة العربية السعودية في هذا المجال منذ تأسيسها وحتى العصر الحاضر، داعمة للإنسان وتنميته بمبادئ ثابتة مستمدة من الدين الإسلامي الحنيف والقيم النبيلة، ما رسّخ مكانتها ضمن أكبر الدول المانحة على مستوى العالم.
وفي الشأن المحلي؛ استعرض مجلس الوزراء مع قرب بداية العام الدراسي الجديد ما تحقق في قطاع التعليم من إنجازات شملت تطوير المناهج، والارتقاء بالمستوى المهني للمعلمين، ودمج الذكاء الاصطناعي، وتوسيع التدريب التقني، واكتشاف الموهوبين ودعمهم، وتوفير بيئات تعليمية تحفِّز على الإبداع والابتكار، لتظل المملكة دائما في الطليعة والريادة، راجياً للطلاب والطالبات بمختلف المراحل التعليمية ومساراتها التوفيق والنجاح.

• تفويض وزير الرياضة -أو من ينيبه- بالتباحث مع الجانب الإسباني في شأن مشروع مذكرة تفاهم بين وزارة الرياضة في المملكة العربية السعودية والمجلس الأعلى للرياضة في مملكة إسبانيا للتعاون في مجال الرياضة، والتوقيع عليه.
• تفويض وزير الخارجية -أو من ينيبه- بالتباحث مع الأمانة العامة لمبادرة الشرق الأوسط الأخضر في شأن مشروع اتفاقية مقر بين حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية والأمانة العامة لمبادرة الشرق الأوسط الأخضر، والتوقيع عليه.
• تفويض وزير الصحة -أو من ينيبه- بالتباحث مع الجانب السوري في شأن مشروع مذكرة تفاهم بين وزارة الصحة في المملكة العربية السعودية ووزارة الصحة في الجمهورية العربية السورية للتعاون في المجالات الصحية، والتوقيع عليه.
• الموافقة على مذكرة تفاهم بين الهيئة العامة للمنشآت الصغيرة والمتوسطة بالمملكة العربية السعودية ووكالة تنمية المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة بجمهورية أذربيجان في مجال تنمية قطاع المنشآت الصغيرة والمتوسطة وريادة الأعمال.
• تفويض وزير المالية رئيس مجلس إدارة هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك -أو من ينيبه- بالتوقيع على مشروع اتفاقية بين حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية وحكومة جمهورية قيرغيزستان حول التعاون والمساعدة المتبادلة في المسائل الجمركية.
• الموافقة على اتفاقية بين حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية وحكومة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية بشأن المساعدة المتبادلة بين إدارتَي الجمارك بالدولتين.

Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman chaired the session held by the Council of Ministers today (Tuesday) in Neom.
At the beginning of the session, the Crown Prince briefed the Council of Ministers on the contents of his phone calls with the President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the President of the Republic of Korea, Lee Jae-myung, and the Prime Minister of the Italian Republic, Giorgia Meloni, as well as the content of the message he received from the President of the Republic of Sierra Leone, Dr. Julius Maada Bio.
The Council strongly condemned, in the context of following up on regional and international developments, the statements made by the Prime Minister of the Israeli occupation government regarding what is called the "Greater Israel Vision," and the complete rejection of the settlement and expansion ideas and projects of the occupying authorities, affirming the historical and legal right of the Palestinian people to establish their independent sovereign state on their lands based on relevant international laws.
On the local front, the Council of Ministers approved the Crafts and Handicrafts System during its session.
Condemnation of Settlement Construction in Jerusalem and Resolution of the Russia-Ukraine Crisis
Dr. Essam bin Saad bin Saeed, Minister of State and Member of the Council of Ministers for Shura Council Affairs and Acting Minister of Media, stated in his statement to the Saudi Press Agency following the session that the Council strongly condemned the Israeli occupation authorities' approval of the construction of settlements around the occupied city of Jerusalem, reiterating the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's demand for the international community, especially the permanent members of the Security Council, to take immediate action to compel the occupying authorities to stop their crimes against the Palestinian people and their occupied land, and to comply with international resolutions.
The Council of Ministers affirmed the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's support for all diplomatic efforts aimed at resolving the (Russian-Ukrainian) crisis through peaceful means and achieving peace between the two countries, expressing in this context its welcome of the two summits held by the President of the United States, Donald Trump, with the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, and with the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, and leaders of European countries.
Pride in the "Humanitarian Work" Journey and Elevating Teachers' Standards
Dr. Essam bin Saad bin Saeed indicated that the Council expressed, on the occasion of the "World Humanitarian Day," its pride in the blessed journey of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in this field since its establishment until the present time, supporting humanity and its development with firm principles derived from the noble Islamic religion and values, which has solidified its position among the largest donor countries in the world.
On the local front, the Council of Ministers reviewed, with the approach of the new academic year, the achievements made in the education sector, which included curriculum development, elevating the professional level of teachers, integrating artificial intelligence, expanding technical training, discovering and supporting talented individuals, and providing educational environments that stimulate creativity and innovation, ensuring that the Kingdom remains always at the forefront and leadership, wishing success to students at all educational stages and pathways.

1- The Council emphasized its strong condemnation of Netanyahu's statements regarding what is called the "Greater Israel Vision," and the complete rejection of the ideas and settlement projects of the occupying authorities.
2- The Council strongly condemned the Israeli occupation authorities' approval of the construction of settlements around the occupied Jerusalem, reiterating Saudi Arabia's demand for the international community to take immediate action to compel the occupying authorities to stop their crimes.
3- The Council expressed, on the occasion of the "World Humanitarian Day," its pride in the blessed journey of the Kingdom in this field since its establishment until the present time, supporting humanity and its development with firm principles from the Islamic religion.
4- The Council reviewed the achievements of the education sector, which included curriculum development, elevating the professional level of teachers, integrating artificial intelligence, expanding technical training, and discovering and supporting talented individuals.
5- Approving the rules of work for environmental coordination committees for developmental sectors, and agreements and understandings with America regarding mutual assistance between customs and administrative development, and memorandums of understanding with Spain, Syria, Azerbaijan, and Qatar in sports, health, small enterprises, and tourism promotion.
