وهنأه بمناسبة تعيينه في منصبه، متمنيًا له التوفيق في مهماته، مؤكداً أهمية تطوير منظومة الخدمات الصحية في المنطقة، والارتقاء بجودة الرعاية المقدمة للمواطنين والمقيمين، بما يعكس الدعم اللامحدود الذي توليه القيادة للقطاع الصحي، ويسهم في تحقيق مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030.
من جانبه، أعرب الشمراني عن شكره وتقديره لنائب أمير المنطقة الشرقية على دعمه وتوجيهاته، مؤكدًا عزمه على تسخير الإمكانات كافة لخدمة القطاع الصحي وتعزيز التعاون مع مختلف الجهات ذات العلاقة.
