رواد التكنولوجيا RX PHEV/RX: تتميز RX PHEV بتقنية EXEED الهجينة من الجيل الثالث المطورة ذاتياً، ونظام الدفع الرباعي الوحيد في العالم بأربعة محركات، مما يحقق تسارعاً من 0 إلى 100 كم/ساعة في 4.9 ثانية فقط. مع مدى إجمالي يزيد على 1100 كم (160 كم سيارة كهربائية خالصة) واستهلاك وقود شامل منخفض للغاية يبلغ 1.2 لتر/100 كم.
في الأول من يوليو، أعلنت شركة إكسيد تحقيق مبيعات استثنائية خلال شهر يونيو، حيث تجاوزت 11.899 وحدة، ما يمثل زيادة بنسبة 15.1% مقارنة بالعام الماضي.
في الأسواق الأوروبية، حظيت سيارة RX PHEV بشعبية كبيرة بين المستهلكين في كل من المملكة المتحدة، إيطاليا، إسبانيا، وبولندا، واحتلت موقعاً متقدماً بين السيارات الأكثر مبيعاً في فئتها، نتيجة الطلب الكبير عليها.
