بهدف وضع حد لاستخدام مسمى «فاخر» من قبل بعض المنشآت دون مستوى يليق بالوصف، حددت وزارة البلديات والإسكان، 17 اشتراطاً تنظيمياً خاصاً بتحديد المطاعم الفاخرة.
وكشفت مصادر لـ«عكاظ»، أن البلديات بصدد متابعة التزام المطاعم بالاشتراطات، إذ تعمل الجهات الرقابية على تطبيق المطاعم للمتطلبات بدقة، ودعت المستهلكين إلى التحقق من تصنيف المطاعم من خلال القنوات الرسمية، وعدم الانخداع بالمظاهر، إذ أصبح التقييم مبنياً على اشتراطات واضحة وموثقة.
وشملت الاشتراطات معايير دقيقة تضمنت تصنيفاً موحداً وشفافاً لهذا النوع من المنشآت، والتي تقدم تجارب تناول طعام عالية الجودة، إذ يتم التركيز على الطهي الرفيع والخدمات الاستثنائية، وتتميز هذه المطاعم بديكور فاخر وقائمة طعام مميزة وطريقة تقديم راقية وفريدة.
وضمت تلك الاشتراطات، ألا يكون لدى المطعم أكثر من فرع في نفس المدينة؛ بهدف الحفاظ على الجودة، واستقبال العميل من الباب إلى الطاولة انطلاقاً من تجربة الضيافة، تبدأ من لحظة فتح الباب، إضافة إلى توفر خدمة فاليه (Valet Parking). ومن تلك الاشتراطات، الدفع على الطاولة عبر دفع أسهل وأرقى يعكس راحة العميل، من دون التوجه للكاشير، وتوفر نظام حجز رقمي وقنوات للشكاوى.
فيما شملت الاشتراطات تصميم وتجربة المكان عبر تقسيم واضح للمساحات من استقبال، ومنطقة خدمة، ودورات مياه للجنسين.
ومن الاشتراطات، عدم وجود خدمة طلبات سيارات (Drive-Thru)، وأن تحدد منطقة مخصصة لتسليم طلبات التطبيقات بعيداً عن زوار المطعم. ومن الاشتراطات أيضاً، وجود ركن مشروبات مكشوف ليتمكن العميل من مشاهدة تحضير مشروبه أمامه، مع توفر نظام صوتي عالي الجودة، وضمان توفر الصحة والجودة لدى المطعم مما يعزز ثقة العميل بجودة الطعام، مع وجود أخصائي صحة وسلامة غذاء معتمد؛ بهدف التأكد من وصول الأطباق للعميل بشكل آمن وسليم، وتوفر قائمة طعام بثلاثة أقسام على الأقل، 5 أصناف كحد أدنى، وتحتوي القائمة على أصناف مميزة من المطابخ العالمية أو المحلية الراقية، ويتم إعدادها بإشراف طهاة حاصلين على مؤهل مهني معتمد في الطهي، وأن تتوفر القائمة بلغتين على الأقل، وأن تكون واضحة ومتجددة.
خدمة متكاملة
على الطاولة
وضمت الاشتراطات، وجود حامل للحقائب ودولاب للمعاطف، مع قواعد للزي داخل المطعم لإبراز هوية المكان، وأن تسجل العلامة التجارية للمطعم، وتوفير خدمة متكاملة على الطاولة بدءاً من الطلب حتى الدفع، ومنطقة خاصة للعاملين تهتم براحتهم لتقديم خدمة أفضل، وأن يكون المطعم في منطقة حيوية أو راقية، مع مدخل منفصل، وواجهة مميزة بتصميم معماري فاخر، واستخدام مواد تشطيب عالية الجودة، ووجود مساحة كافية لاستيعاب الزبائن مع الحفاظ على خصوصيتهم.
وأوضحت المعايير المهمة بين المطاعم العادية والفاخرة، عدم اشتراط العادية وجود استقبال من الباب للطاولة، وعدم وجود خدمة صف السيارات، وإمكانية الدفع لدى الكاشير وليس على الطاولة، ووجود خيارات للطعام محددة.

In order to put an end to the use of the term "luxury" by some establishments that do not meet the standards worthy of the description, the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing has defined 17 regulatory conditions specifically for identifying luxury restaurants.
Sources revealed to "Okaz" that municipalities are in the process of monitoring restaurants' compliance with these conditions, as regulatory authorities are working to ensure that restaurants adhere to the requirements accurately. They urged consumers to verify the classification of restaurants through official channels and not to be deceived by appearances, as evaluations are now based on clear and documented criteria.
The conditions included precise criteria that encompassed a unified and transparent classification for this type of establishment, which offers high-quality dining experiences. The focus is on fine cooking and exceptional service, with these restaurants characterized by luxurious decor, a distinctive menu, and a refined and unique presentation style.
Among these conditions is that the restaurant should not have more than one branch in the same city to maintain quality, and to welcome the customer from the door to the table, starting from the hospitality experience that begins the moment the door opens, in addition to providing valet parking service. Among these conditions is also the ability to pay at the table through an easier and more elegant method that reflects the comfort of the customer, without having to go to the cashier, and the availability of a digital reservation system and channels for complaints.
The conditions also included the design and experience of the place through a clear division of spaces for reception, service areas, and restrooms for both genders.
Among the conditions is the absence of a drive-thru service, and a designated area for delivering app orders away from the restaurant's visitors. Additionally, there should be an open beverage corner so that the customer can watch their drink being prepared in front of them, along with a high-quality sound system, and ensuring health and quality at the restaurant, which enhances the customer's trust in the quality of the food.
