حددت وزارة التعليم إجراءات التكليف للتعليم عن بعد للمعلمين والمعلمات لسد العجز التعليمي داخل مدارس التعليم العام بمراحلها الثلاث.
وبينت الوزارة، في دليل تخطيط شاغلي الوظائف التعليمية في إدارات التعليم، أن يكون التكليف عن بعد لسد الاحتياج التعليمي ورفع نسبة التخصصية داخل الإدارة التعليمية وبين إدارات التعليم أو القطاعات أو المدارس التي لا يوجد بها وفر، ويكون التكليف من ضمن النصاب التدريسي للمعلم حسب رتبته التعليمية، ويكون سد الاحتياج التعليمي عن بعد أولاً داخل القطاع ثم داخل الإدارة العامة التعليمية ثم بين إدارات التعليم العامة وفقاً للآليات والضوابط المنظمة لذلك، مشيرةً إلى أنه في حال وجود احتياج لا يمكن سده من داخل الإدارة العامة التعليمية يتم رفع طلب من خلال النظام الإلكتروني وتتولى وكالة الموارد البشرية إكمال ما يلزم.
وأكدت على أن يؤدي المعلم حصصه الصفية المكلف بها عن بعد في مدرسته الأساسية أثناء الدوام الرسمي، من خلال منصة «مدرستي» والتقنيات المساعدة على ذلك على أن تتم متابعة المعلم المكلف عن بعد بين الإدارات التعليمية من قبل الإدارة التعليمية المكلف فيها، وتعمل إدارة التعليم على التأكد من الاستفادة من الموارد التقنية والبشرية داخل إدارة التعليم وفق الممكنات والآليات والضوابط المنظمة لذلك.

The Ministry of Education has defined the procedures for remote assignments for teachers to address the educational shortage within public education schools at its three levels.
The ministry indicated in the guide for planning educational job holders in education departments that remote assignments should be made to meet educational needs and increase specialization within the educational administration and between education departments or sectors or schools that do not have sufficient resources. The assignment should be part of the teacher's teaching load according to their educational rank, and the educational needs should first be addressed remotely within the sector, then within the general educational administration, and then among the general education departments according to the mechanisms and regulations governing this. It was noted that if there is a need that cannot be met from within the general educational administration, a request should be submitted through the electronic system, and the Human Resources Agency will take care of the necessary actions.
It emphasized that the teacher should conduct their assigned classes remotely at their primary school during official working hours, through the "Madrasati" platform and the technologies that support this. The assigned teacher's remote activities should be monitored among the educational departments by the educational administration in which they are assigned, and the education administration will ensure the effective use of technical and human resources within the education administration according to the available capabilities and the governing mechanisms and regulations.
