بخبرة إدارية متراكمة وتمرس طويل في شؤون العمل الحكومي، صدر قرار مجلس الوزراء بتعيين علي بن سالم آل عامر وكيلاً لإمارة منطقة حائل بالمرتبة الخامسة عشرة، ليُتوّج بذلك مسيرة مهنية امتدت عبر عدة مفاصل إدارية وتنموية في أجهزة الدولة.
بدأ آل عامر رحلته الإدارية من الميدان الاجتماعي، إذ تقلد مناصب مؤثرة في وزارة العمل والتنمية الاجتماعية، فشغل منصب مدير فرع الوزارة في منطقة تبوك، قبل أن يُكلَّف بمنصب الوكيل المساعد للتفتيش، وهو الدور الذي مكّنه من الإشراف على تطبيق أنظمة العمل ومراقبة بيئة الامتثال.

وفي أبريل 2021، ارتقى آل عامر إلى مرتبة متقدمة في العمل الإداري، إذ تولى مهمات مدير عام الإدارة العامة للشؤون الإدارية والمالية في إمارة منطقة تبوك بالمرتبة الرابعة عشرة، وهي المسؤولية التي أدار من خلالها ملفات الموارد البشرية والميزانيات والتشغيل الإداري في واحدة من أهم إمارات المملكة.

With accumulated administrative experience and extensive practice in government affairs, the Cabinet decision was issued to appoint Ali bin Salem Al Amer as the Deputy Emir of the Hail Region at the fifteenth rank, thus crowning a professional journey that has spanned several administrative and developmental milestones within state agencies.
Al Amer began his administrative journey in the social field, where he held influential positions in the Ministry of Labor and Social Development. He served as the director of the ministry's branch in the Tabuk region before being assigned the position of assistant undersecretary for inspection, a role that enabled him to oversee the implementation of labor regulations and monitor compliance environments.
His name is also associated with the file of development and vocational rehabilitation, as he chaired the Technical and Vocational Training Council in the Tabuk region and played a role in linking training programs to the needs of the local labor market, relying on practical visions and the transformations of Saudi Vision 2030.
In April 2021, Al Amer rose to a senior position in administrative work, taking on the responsibilities of Director General of the General Administration for Administrative and Financial Affairs in the Tabuk Region at the fourteenth rank, a responsibility through which he managed human resources, budgets, and administrative operations in one of the most important emirates in the Kingdom.
