بناء على توجيهات ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، أعلنت وزارة الاستثمار السعودية، تنظّيم منتدى الاستثمار السوري السعودي 2025 في دمشق، بمشاركة واسعة من القطاعين العام والخاص، بهدف استكشاف فرص التعاون وتوقيع اتفاقيات تعزز التنمية المستدامة، حسبما أعلنته الوزارة.
وقالت الوزارة في بيان عبر منصة «X»: «هذا المنتدى يسهم في تعزيز أواصر العلاقات الثنائية، واستمراراً للجهود السعودية لدعم سورية بما يسهم في استقرارها في مرحلتها الحالية لتعافي اقتصادها وتعزيز مصالح شعبها، بناء على توجيهات ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز».
وأشارت الوزارة إلى أنه سيتم التنسيق مع اتحاد الغرف لترتيب زيارة عمل إلى سورية بمشاركة وفد كبير من القطاع العام وشركات القطاع الخاص، لافتة إلى أنها ستعمل بالتعاون مع الجهات المعنية للبلدين على تسهيل خطوات استكشاف الفرص الاستثمارية وتذليل العقبات.
وأوضحت الوزارة أن ذلك يأتي مع تفعيل دور القطاع الخاص السعودي وتمكينه، بما في ذلك حصر الشركات الراغبة في الاستثمار في سورية، وتنظيم عدد من ورش العمل.

Based on the directives of Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Saudi Ministry of Investment announced the organization of the Syrian-Saudi Investment Forum 2025 in Damascus, with wide participation from both the public and private sectors, aimed at exploring cooperation opportunities and signing agreements that enhance sustainable development, as stated by the ministry.
The ministry said in a statement via the "X" platform: "This forum contributes to strengthening the bonds of bilateral relations, and continues the Saudi efforts to support Syria in a way that contributes to its stability during its current phase of economic recovery and enhancing the interests of its people, based on the directives of Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz."
The ministry indicated that it will coordinate with the Federation of Chambers to arrange a working visit to Syria with a large delegation from the public sector and private sector companies, noting that it will work in cooperation with the relevant authorities of both countries to facilitate the steps for exploring investment opportunities and overcoming obstacles.
The ministry clarified that this comes with the activation of the role of the Saudi private sector and empowering it, including identifying companies interested in investing in Syria and organizing a number of workshops.
