The Ministry of Education emphasized the assignment of teaching all subjects in general education stages to specialized teachers, and to benefit from the availability of other specializations in the absence of specialists. It is stipulated that the teaching of all subjects related to disabilities should be assigned to specialists, then to available specializations within the same field, and then from the availability in general education.

The ministry confirmed, in the guide for planning educational job holders, the activation of distance education and the utilization of operational models for electronic education in case of teaching needs in the classroom. The teaching of subjects that do not have specialists will be assigned as follows: the subject of (Earth and Space Science) in high school will be taught by specialists in (Earth Science - Biology), the subjects of (Principles of Health Sciences - Health Care - Human Body Systems - Applications in Health Sciences - Innovation in Health Sciences) in high school will be taught by specialists in (Biology - All Science Tracks), the subject of (Ecology) in high school will be taught by specialists in (Biology - All Science Tracks - Earth Science), and the subject of (Digital Skills) in elementary and middle school will be taught by specialists in Computer Science (all qualifications). The subjects of (Digital Skills - Software Engineering - Internet of Things - Data Science - Artificial Intelligence - Digital Technology - Cybersecurity - Engineering Design) in high school will be taught by specialists in Computer Science (all qualifications), and the subjects of (Administrative Sciences and Skills - Introduction to Business - Principles of Economics - Financial Management - Secretarial and Office Management - Event Management - Principles of Management - Marketing Campaign Planning - Financial Literacy - Accounting - Economics - Business Administration - Decision Making in Business Marketing Campaigns - Entrepreneurship Marketing) in high school will be taught by specialists in (Management Science) or one of its branches. The subject of (Digital Citizenship) in high school will be taught by specialists in Social Studies (all qualifications), and the subject of (Arts) in high school will be taught by specialists in Art Education and Home Economics (all qualifications). The subjects of (Physical Education and Self-Defense (Boys - Girls) - Fitness and Health Culture) in all educational stages will be taught by specialists in Physical Education (all qualifications), and the subject of (Statistics) in high school will be taught by specialists in (Mathematics - all qualifications). The subject of (Psychological and Social Studies) in high school will be taught by specialists in Psychology and Sociology or those assigned to student guidance, and the subjects of (Principles of Law - Applications in Law) in high school will be taught by specialists in (Islamic Studies - University Qualification). The subject of Research Skills and Information Sources in high school will be taught by specialists in (Libraries) and Arabic Language (all qualifications), and the subject of (Vocational Education) in high school will be taught by specialists in Management Science - Libraries - Social Studies (all qualifications). The subject of (Life and Family Skills in all educational stages) will be taught by specialists in Home Economics (all qualifications) - Social Studies (all qualifications) - Psychology and Sociology (all qualifications) - Islamic Studies (all qualifications), and from the availability of all specializations. The subject of (Engineering) in high school will be taught by specialists in Physics - Physics Track - Mathematics (all qualifications), and the subject of (Critical Thinking) in middle and high school will be taught by specialists in Psychology and Sociology (all qualifications) - Social Studies (all qualifications), and from the availability of all specializations. The graduation project in high school will be taught as follows: Science and Engineering will be taught by specialists in Computer Science (all qualifications), Health and Life will be taught by specialists in (Biology - All Science Tracks), Business Administration will be taught by specialists in (Management Science), and elective subjects for high school will be coordinated with the Teacher Affairs Department to determine the fields for each school based on available specializations as follows: the subject of Administrative Skills will be assigned to specialists in Management Science - Libraries, the subject of Sustainable Development will be assigned to specialists in (Biology - Chemistry - Physics - Earth Science - All Science Tracks - Sciences), the subject of Digital Design will be assigned to specialists in (Computer Science - Art Education - Home Economics), and the subject of Chinese Language will be assigned to specialists in (Chinese Language - Chinese Language Diploma).
