كشفت الهيئة العامة للغذاء والدواء تسجيل 8 مخالفات على منشآت صيدلية خلال شهر يونيو 2025، مشيرة إلى أن إجمالي الغرامات الموقعة عليها 1,018,200 ريال؛ بسبب عدم التزامها بنظام التتبع الإلكتروني للمستحضرات الصيدلانية «رصد».
وأكدت الهيئة أن ثلاث منشآت لم تلتزم بالتبليغ المباشر لتحرك الدواء من خلال النظام، فيما لم تلتزم ثلاث منشآت أخرى بتوفير مستحضراتها المسجلة في السوق. كما سُجلت مخالفتان لمنشأتين لم تلتزما بالتبليغ عن توقع نقص أو انقطاع في إمدادات الأدوية بمدة لا تقل عن 6 أشهر من الوقت المتوقع لانقطاع الإمداد أو تأثر المخزون.
وأوضحت الهيئة أن نظام «رصد» يعمل على تتبع وتعقب جميع الأدوية البشرية، منذ خروجها من المصنع حتى وصولها للمستهلك، بالاعتماد على أحدث الوسائل التقنية، لتحقيق التوفر والأمن الدوائي ومكافحة الغش التجاري.
The Saudi Food and Drug Authority revealed the registration of 8 violations against pharmacy establishments during June 2025, indicating that the total fines imposed on them amount to 1,018,200 riyals due to their non-compliance with the electronic tracking system for pharmaceutical products, "Rasid".
The Authority confirmed that three establishments did not comply with the direct reporting of drug movements through the system, while three other establishments failed to provide their registered products in the market. Additionally, two violations were recorded for two establishments that did not report expectations of shortages or interruptions in drug supplies at least 6 months prior to the expected interruption or impact on stock.
The Authority clarified that the "Rasid" system works to track and trace all human medicines, from the moment they leave the factory until they reach the consumer, relying on the latest technological means to achieve drug availability and safety and combat commercial fraud.
