افتتح أمير منطقة جازان الأمير محمد بن عبدالعزيز بن محمد بن عبدالعزيز، اليوم، مبنى فرع وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية الجديد، في إطار اهتمام أمير المنطقة بتطوير بيئة العمل، وتحسين مستوى الخدمات المقدمة للمستفيدين من سكان المنطقة.
ولدى وصوله إلى المبنى، كان في استقباله مدير عام فرع الوزارة بمنطقة جازان المهندس أحمد بن محمد القنفذي، الذي قدّم شرحاً عن المشروع الواقع على مساحة 14.700 متر مربع، وتتجاوز قيمته الإنشائية 24.5 مليون ريال، ويتكون من ثلاثة طوابق، فيما تبلغ طاقته الاستيعابية 350 موظفاً.
عقب ذلك، شاهد أمير جازان عرضاً مرئياً سلّط الضوء على الهيكل التنظيمي للفرع، ومهمات الإدارات، وطبيعة الخدمات المقدمة للمستفيدين في مجالات العمل، والتنمية، والضمان، والرعاية.
واطّلع أمير المنطقة، خلال جولته في أرجاء المبنى، على المرافق الحديثة، مستمعاً إلى شرح عن خدمات مركز خدمة العملاء، التي تشمل تقديم الدعم للمستفيدين من خلال الاتصال الاستباقي ومبادرة المواعيد الافتراضية، التي تتيح الوصول السريع والفاعل للخدمات دون الحاجة إلى الحضور المباشر، مما يسهم في رفع كفاءة الخدمة، وتحسين تجربة المستفيد.
وأشاد أمير جازان بما شاهده من جهود واضحة ومبادرات نوعية تُسهم في تعزيز جودة الأداء وتحقيق رضا المستفيدين، مشدداً على أهمية تهيئة مقرات الجهات الحكومية بما يلبي تطلعات المواطنين، مؤكداً أهمية استمرار التطوير والارتقاء بمستوى الخدمة.
من جانبه، عبّر المهندس أحمد القنفذي عن شكره وامتنانه لأمير المنطقة على دعمه وتشريفه، مشيراً إلى أن تدشين المبنى الجديد يُعد خطوة إستراتيجية نحو تقديم خدمات احترافية في بيئة عملية حديثة تتوافق مع أهداف الوزارة ورؤية المملكة 2030.
The Prince of Jazan Region, Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Mohammed bin Abdulaziz, today inaugurated the new building of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development branch, as part of the Prince's interest in developing the work environment and improving the level of services provided to beneficiaries in the region.
Upon his arrival at the building, he was welcomed by the Director General of the Ministry's branch in Jazan Region, Engineer Ahmed bin Mohammed Al-Qunfudh, who provided an explanation about the project, which spans an area of 14,700 square meters, with a construction value exceeding 24.5 million riyals. It consists of three floors and has a capacity of 350 employees.
Following that, the Prince of Jazan watched a visual presentation highlighting the organizational structure of the branch, the tasks of the departments, and the nature of the services provided to beneficiaries in the fields of work, development, social security, and care.
During his tour of the building, the Prince was briefed on the modern facilities, listening to an explanation about the services of the Customer Service Center, which include providing support to beneficiaries through proactive calls and the virtual appointment initiative, allowing quick and effective access to services without the need for direct attendance, thus contributing to enhancing service efficiency and improving the beneficiary experience.
The Prince of Jazan praised the clear efforts and quality initiatives he witnessed that contribute to enhancing performance quality and achieving beneficiary satisfaction, emphasizing the importance of preparing government agency offices to meet citizens' aspirations, and confirming the necessity of continuing development and elevating the level of service.
For his part, Engineer Ahmed Al-Qunfudh expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Prince for his support and honor, noting that the inauguration of the new building is a strategic step towards providing professional services in a modern work environment that aligns with the ministry's goals and the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
