أصدرت محكمة جنح مستأنف القاهرة الجديدة حكمها في قضية رجل الأعمال المتهم بالاعتداء على فرد أمن إداري داخل أحد المجمعات السكنية في التجمع الخامس، حيث قضت ببراءته من تهمة استعراض القوة، وحبسه 6 أشهر عن باقي الاتهامات، بدلاً من حكم أول درجة بحبسه سنة مع الشغل.
وتعود تفاصيل الواقعة إلى تداول مقطع فيديو عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، ظهر فيه المتهم وهو يعتدي بالضرب على فرد الأمن ويوجه إليه عبارات سب، مما أثار غضباً واستياءً بين المتابعين. وكشفت التحقيقات أن النيابة العامة المصرية أحالت المتهم، وهو مالك وحدة سكنية ورجل أعمال وصاحب مصنع أسلاك، إلى محكمة الجنح، بتهم الاعتداء بالضرب والسب، واستعراض القوة والتلويح بالعنف، وإتلاف جهاز اتصال لاسلكي مملوك لجهة عمل المجني عليه، في واقعة وثقتها كاميرات المراقبة داخل المجمع السكني. وأوضحت التحقيقات أن الواقعة بدأت بمشادة بين المتهم وفرد الأمن، قبل أن تتطور إلى اعتداء جسدي، فيما دفع دفاع المتهم بوجود خلافات سابقة بين موكله والمجني عليه، زاعماً أن الأخير كان يتعمد عرقلة أعمال التشطيب الخاصة بفيلا المتهم، وأن الواقعة جاءت نتيجة استفزاز سابق، إلا أن رواية الدفاع لم تلق تأييداً من شهود الواقعة. وأكد عدد من سكان المجمع السكني، في أقوالهم، أن فرد الأمن مشهود له بحسن السيرة طوال فترة عمله التي تمتد لنحو خمس سنوات، نافين صدور أي تصرفات منه تبرر الاعتداء عليه، ومشيرين إلى أنهم شاهدوا المتهم يصفع المجني عليه ويوجه إليه السباب، بينما التزم الأخير بضبط النفس. وأيد التقرير الطبي رواية المجني عليه، إذ أثبت إصابته بسحجات وكدمات متفرقة في الكتف اليمنى ومقدمة الرأس وأسفل العين اليمنى، نتيجة الاعتداء عليه بالضرب، وهي من بين الأدلة التي استندت إليها المحكمة في إدانة المتهم.

The details of the incident date back to a video circulating on social media, in which the accused was seen physically assaulting the security guard and directing insults at him, which sparked anger and discontent among viewers. Investigations revealed that the Egyptian Public Prosecution referred the accused, who is the owner of a residential unit, a businessman, and the owner of a wire factory, to the Misdemeanor Court on charges of assault, insult, displaying force, threatening violence, and damaging a wireless communication device owned by the victim's workplace, in an incident documented by surveillance cameras inside the residential complex. The investigations clarified that the incident began with an argument between the accused and the security guard, before escalating into a physical assault. The defense argued that there were previous disputes between the accused and the victim, claiming that the latter deliberately obstructed the finishing work on the accused's villa, and that the incident was a result of prior provocation. However, the defense's narrative did not receive support from witnesses of the incident. Several residents of the residential complex confirmed in their statements that the security guard is known for his good conduct throughout his five years of service, denying any actions from him that would justify the assault, and indicating that they saw the accused slap the victim and insult him, while the latter maintained his composure. The medical report supported the victim's account, as it documented injuries including abrasions and bruises on the right shoulder, forehead, and under the right eye, resulting from the assault, which were among the evidence relied upon by the court to convict the accused.
