التقى وزير العدل الدكتور وليد بن محمد الصمعاني، وزير العدل في المجر الدكتور بنس توسون، وذلك خلال زيارته الرسمية إلى المجر.
وبحث وزير العدل مع نظيره المجري، سُبل تعزيز التعاون بين البلدين، في المجال العدلي.
واستعرض الدكتور الصمعاني التطورات التي يشهدها القطاع القضائي والعدلي في المملكة؛ بدعم من خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، وإشراف ومتابعة ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز -حفظهما الله، لا سيما ما يتعلق بمنظومة التشريعات المتخصصة، ودورها في تحقيق العدالة الناجزة.
وأشار إلى أبرز التطورات الموضوعية والإجرائية المتعلقة بالقطاع العدلي، ومنها ما يتعلق بتفعيل منظومة العدالة الوقائية والتي تهدف إلى الحد من أسباب نشوء النزاع بين الأطراف، إضافة إلى حرص وزارة العدل على الارتقاء بالممارسات التدريبية والتأهيلية لتنمية القدرات البشرية، وتأهيلها في النواحي القانونية وفق منهجية علمية محددة، وذلك عبر مركز التدريب العدلي.
من جانب آخر، وقع وزير العدل الدكتور وليد الصمعاني مع رئيس المكتب الوطني للقضاء في المجر الدكتور جيورجي سينيي، مذكرة تفاهم لتشجيع التعاون المشترك بين الجانبين في النظم القضائية وأساليبها، وتطوير المهارات المهنية للقضاة والعاملين في المجال القضائي.
The Minister of Justice, Dr. Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani, met with the Minister of Justice of Hungary, Dr. Benes Tuzson, during his official visit to Hungary.
The Minister of Justice discussed with his Hungarian counterpart ways to enhance cooperation between the two countries in the judicial field.
Dr. Al-Samaani reviewed the developments taking place in the judicial and legal sector in the Kingdom, supported by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and under the supervision and follow-up of the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz - may Allah protect them, particularly regarding the specialized legislative system and its role in achieving swift justice.
He pointed to the most significant substantive and procedural developments related to the judicial sector, including the activation of the preventive justice system aimed at reducing the causes of disputes between parties, in addition to the Ministry of Justice's commitment to enhancing training and qualification practices to develop human capacities and prepare them in legal aspects according to a specific scientific methodology, through the Judicial Training Center.
On another note, Minister of Justice Dr. Walid Al-Samaani signed a memorandum of understanding with the President of the National Office of the Judiciary in Hungary, Dr. Gyorgy Sini, to encourage joint cooperation between the two sides in judicial systems and methods, and to develop the professional skills of judges and those working in the judicial field.
