سجلت هيئة الطيران المدني في الربع الثاني من العام 2025، 87 مخالفة، شملت غرامات تتجاوز 2.8 مليون ريال على الكيانات والأفراد المخالفين لنظام الطيران المدني واللوائح التنفيذية والتعليمات. وأظهر التقرير إصدار 87 مخالفة اشتملت على 63 مخالفة بحق الناقلات الجوية لعدم تقيدها بلائحة حماية حقوق المسافرين، وبلغت قيمة الغرامات أكثر من 1.9 مليون ريال، و13 مخالفة على الناقلات الجوية لعدم قيامها بالتحقق من استيفاء الركاب للوثائق اللازمة وعدم التقيد بالخانات الزمنية المعتمدة، وبلغ إجمالي الغرامات 70 ألف ريال، كما أصدرت الهيئة 8 مخالفات بحق الشركات والناقلات الجوية لعدم تقيدها باللوائح والتعليمات الصادرة عن الهيئة بإجمالي غرامات بلغت قيمتها 775,000 ريال.
وكشف التقرير قيام اللجنة بإصدار 3 مخالفات بحق المسافرين، وذلك لعدم تقيدهم بأحكام نظام الطيران المدني، إضافة إلى ما يُرتكب من سلوك مخالف على متن الطائرة، وبلغ إجمالي الغرامات 10 آلاف ريال.
وأوضحت الهيئة، أن هذه الإجراءات تأتي في إطار حرصها على تحقيق مبدأ الشفافية والوضوح وتأكيد التزامها المستمر بدورها التنظيمي والرقابي على قطاع الطيران، وتحسين تجربة المسافرين وتعزيز جودة خدمات النقل الجوي في المملكة.

The report showed the issuance of 87 violations, including 63 violations against air carriers for failing to comply with the Passenger Rights Protection Regulation, with fines amounting to more than 1.9 million riyals. There were 13 violations against air carriers for failing to verify that passengers had the necessary documents and for not adhering to the approved time slots, with total fines of 70,000 riyals. The authority also issued 8 violations against companies and air carriers for not complying with the regulations and instructions issued by the authority, with total fines amounting to 775,000 riyals.
The report revealed that the committee issued 3 violations against passengers for not adhering to the provisions of the Civil Aviation Law, in addition to the misconduct occurring on board the aircraft, with total fines of 10,000 riyals.
