طرحت المنصة الإلكترونية الموحدة لاستطلاع آراء العموم والجهات الحكومية والإشراف عليها (منصة استطلاع) التابعة للمركز الوطني للتنافسية، 13 مشروعًا ذا صلة بالشأن الاقتصادي والتنموي، بالتعاون مع 9 جهات حكومية؛ لتمكين أصحاب المصلحة، من إبداء المرئيات والمقترحات حولها قبل إقرارها.
وتضمنت المشروعات المطروحة عبر المنصة، مشروع (الشروط الصحية والفنية والسلامة اللازم توافرها في المساكن الجماعية للأفراد)؛ الذي تهدف من خلاله وزارة البلديات والإسكان إلى تحقيق أهداف ضبط عملية إنشاء وتشغيل السكن الجماعي للأفراد، وتتيح المنصة الاستطلاع على المشروع إلى يوم 16 يوليو الجاري.
وطرحت وزارة البيئة والمياه والزراعة، عبر المنصة، مشروع (تحديث دليل الإجراءات المحجرية للحجر الزراعي والحجر البيطري)، وتسعى من خلاله إلى تنظيم الأعمال والإجراءات، واستكمال أحكام اللائحة التنفيذية لنظام الزراعة، وينتهي الاستطلاع على المشروع بتاريخ 16 يوليو الجاري.
من جانبها، قدمت وزارة الصناعة والثروة المعدنية مشروع (الضوابط والاشتراطات الخاصة بمعدن الكوارتز «ثاني أكسيد السيليكون»)؛ لتحقيق الاستغلال الأمثل للمعدن الذي يعد من المعادن المهمة في الصناعات المتقدمة، وينتهي الاستطلاع على المشروع بتاريخ 16 يوليو الجاري.
ويأتي طرح مشروعات الأنظمة واللوائح وما في حكمها من خلال منصة (استطلاع)؛ تأكيدًا على تعزيز الشفافية في البيئة التشريعية ونشر ثقافة الاستطلاع لدى العموم والجهات الحكومية والقطاع الخاص، وإشراكهم في صياغة المشروعات المتعلقة ببيئة الأعمال.
منها الاشتراطات الصحية والفنية والسلامة اللازم توافرها في المساكن الجماعية للأفراد..

The unified electronic platform for surveying public and governmental opinions (Survey Platform) affiliated with the National Competitiveness Center has launched 13 projects related to economic and developmental issues, in collaboration with 9 governmental entities, to enable stakeholders to express their views and suggestions on them before their approval.
The projects presented through the platform include the project (Health, Technical, and Safety Conditions Required for Collective Housing for Individuals); through which the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs aims to achieve the goals of regulating the process of establishing and operating collective housing for individuals. The platform allows for surveying opinions on the project until July 16 of this year.
The Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture has presented, through the platform, the project (Updating the Quarantine Procedures Guide for Agricultural and Veterinary Quarantine), aiming to organize operations and procedures and complete the provisions of the executive regulations of the Agriculture System. The survey on this project will end on July 16 of this year.
For its part, the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources has presented the project (Regulations and Conditions for Quartz Mineral "Silicon Dioxide"); to achieve optimal utilization of the mineral, which is considered important in advanced industries. The survey on this project will also end on July 16 of this year.
The launch of regulatory projects and similar regulations through the (Survey) platform reaffirms the commitment to enhancing transparency in the legislative environment, promoting a culture of surveying among the public, governmental entities, and the private sector, and involving them in shaping projects related to the business environment.
