في إنجاز يُجسّد أثر التحول الاستراتيجي للقطاع المحاسبي، أعلنت الهيئة السعودية للمراجعين والمحاسبين تسجيل زيادة بنسبة 126٪ في عدد التراخيص المهنية الصادرة خلال السنوات الخمس الماضية، مقارنة بإجمالي ما تم إصداره منذ تأسيس الهيئة قبل أكثر من 33 عاماً.
ويأتي هذا النمو امتداداً لما حظيت به المهنة من دعم كريم من القيادة الحكيمة، عبر الموافقة على نظام مهنة المحاسبة والمراجعة، والموافقة على تنظيم الهيئة، ما شكّل نقطة تحول مفصلية في مسار تطوير البيئة المهنية.
ويمثل هذا النمو نجاحاً في تنفيذ استراتيجية الهيئة (2021-2025)، التي أطلقت بتوجيهات من رئيس مجلس إدارة الهيئة الدكتور ماجد بن عبدالله القصبي، وبدعم وتمكين أعضاء مجلس الإدارة ضمن رؤية طموحة تهدف إلى رفع كفاءة المهنة، وتمكين الكوادر الوطنية، وتعزيز بيئة العمل المحاسبي، والإسهام في كفاءة الاقتصاد الوطني.
وقد ركّزت الاستراتيجية على محاور تحول شاملة تضمنت زيادة أعداد المهنيين من خلال برامج التأهيل والترخيص الفعّالة، وإعادة هيكلة منظومة الفحص المهني واختبارات الزمالة لتعزيز الكفاءة.
وشملت أيضاً ابتكار خدمات مهنية ذات قيمة مضافة تواكب تطورات السوق، وتحقيق التحول الرقمي الكامل في العمليات الإجرائية لتسريع الخدمات وتحسين تجربة المستفيد، وتوسيع قاعدة المكاتب المهنية وتأهيلها بما يدعم التنافسية والجودة.
وأكدت الهيئة أن هذا النمو في إصدار التراخيص المهنية يعكس تحولاً نوعياً في جاذبية المهنة، ويمثل خطوة استراتيجية ناجحة في مواءمة القطاع مع مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030، خصوصاً في ما يتصل بتطوير بيئة الأعمال، ورفع كفاءة الأداء الاقتصادي، وتعزيز جاذبية السوق للاستثمار.
In an achievement that embodies the impact of the strategic transformation of the accounting sector, the Saudi Authority for Auditors and Accountants announced a 126% increase in the number of professional licenses issued over the past five years, compared to the total issued since the establishment of the authority more than 33 years ago.
This growth comes as an extension of the generous support the profession has received from wise leadership, through the approval of the Accounting and Auditing Profession Law and the approval of the authority's organization, which constituted a pivotal turning point in the development of the professional environment.
This growth represents a success in implementing the authority's strategy (2021-2025), which was launched under the guidance of the Chairman of the Board of the Authority, Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi, and with the support and empowerment of the board members within an ambitious vision aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the profession, empowering national cadres, improving the accounting work environment, and contributing to the efficiency of the national economy.
The strategy focused on comprehensive transformation axes that included increasing the number of professionals through effective qualification and licensing programs, and restructuring the professional examination system and fellowship tests to enhance efficiency.
It also included innovating value-added professional services that keep pace with market developments, achieving complete digital transformation in procedural operations to accelerate services and improve the beneficiary experience, and expanding the base of professional offices and qualifying them to support competitiveness and quality.
The authority confirmed that this growth in the issuance of professional licenses reflects a qualitative transformation in the attractiveness of the profession and represents a successful strategic step in aligning the sector with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, particularly in relation to developing the business environment, enhancing economic performance efficiency, and increasing market attractiveness for investment.
