تتفاعل الإدارة الأمريكية مع التحركات الدبلوماسية السعودية لرأب الصدع في المنطقة وإيجاد الحلول السلمية للحروب والصراعات التي ألقت بظلالها على الشعوب وتسبّبت في القتل والتهجير والمجاعة.
ولم يقتصر التحرك السعودي الذي أجبر المجتمع الدولي على التفاعل معه على الملف الفلسطيني باعتباره في مقدمة اهتمامات القيادة السعودية، وإنما امتد ليشمل الحرب الإيرانية - الإسرائيلية من خلال التحركات في البيت الأبيض من إجل إقناع جميع الأطراف على العودة لطاولة الحوار للوصول إلى تسوية شاملة تضمن الطابع السلمي للبرنامج النووي الإيراني، وهو ما ثمّنته دول العالم التي تنظر بتقدير للتحركات الدبلوماسية السعودية في مختلف المحافل الدولية.
وفي الملف الفلسطيني شكّلت الضغوط الدبلوماسية السعودية، التي تطالب بدولة فلسطينية مستقلة عاصمتها القدس الشرقية نوعاً من الارتباك لدى إسرائيل ما أجبرها على القبول بوقف إطلاق النار في غزة والسماح بدخول المساعدات الإنسانية بوساطة أمريكية تفاعلت مع التحركات السعودية التي نجحت في تحشيد دول مؤثرة للمطالبة بحل الدولتين وهو ما ترفضه إسرائيل وتذهب إلى أنه تهديد لوجودها.
تبقى السياسة السعودية متفردة بنهجها في التعامل مع جميع ملفات المنطقة الشائكة باعتبارها ترفض الحروب وتدعو إلى ضرورة الحوار والجلوس على طاولة المفاوضات وصولاً إلى حلول سلمية تجنّب المنطقة تداعيات الحروب والصراعات.
