The statement from Saudi Arabia condemning and denouncing the ongoing violence perpetrated by Israeli settlers under the protection of occupation forces against Palestinian civilians, including the assaults in the village of Kafr Malik east of Ramallah, reiterates its call for the international community to assume its responsibilities to put an end to Israeli violations of international laws and norms. It emphasizes the necessity of making every effort to provide protection for Palestinian civilians and to empower the Palestinian people to achieve their legitimate rights. This reaffirms the Kingdom's strong positions on the Palestinian cause in the face of Israeli aggression and its insistence on the killing and displacement of Palestinians in Gaza, as well as the obstruction of aid, which exacerbates the suffering of the Palestinian people.

Saudi Arabia, under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, remains the true bearer of the Palestinian cause and the first line of defense for it in all international forums through its leadership of diligent efforts towards a two-state solution, granting Palestinians their full legitimate rights, and curbing Israeli arrogance, which continues its aggression in full view of the international community. The world has come to the conclusion, through the role played by the Kingdom, of the necessity of standing by the Palestinians in a way that fulfills their hopes and aspirations.

Palestine and its people remain the foremost concern for Saudi Arabia, both leadership and people, until the dream of an independent Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital and full, unqualified rights is realized.
