في الوقت الذي تبدأ فيه وزارة البيئة والمياه والزراعة، صباح اليوم (الخميس)، تطبيق قرار بيع المواشي الحية بالأوزان، رصدت «عكاظ»، خلال جولة ميدانية بأسواق المواشي في الطائف، غياب أجهزة الوزن داخل الحظائر، وسط تأكيدات عدد من الباعة بعدم تلقيهم إشعارات رسمية بشأن تركيب الموازين أو التدريب على استخدامها.وأكدوا أن آلية البيع بالوزن لم تُفعّل فعلياً على الأرض، مرجحين أن يستغرق التطبيق وقتاً أطول، فيما أشار أحدهم، إلى أن الوزن قد يكون مجرد خيار للمستهلك، بينما يبقى التفاوض على السعر مرهوناً بالعرض والطلب.وأوضح نواف العتيبي؛ الذي زار السوق قبل ساعات من سريان القرار، أنه لم يلحظ أي تغييرات أو تجهيزات تُشير إلى بدء العمل بالوزن رغم اقتراب ساعة التطبيق. ولفت آخرون إلى أن عدم الجاهزية بوقت كافٍ يثير التساؤلات حول جاهزية الأسواق لتنفيذ القرار بشكل فعّال في يومه الأول.من جانبه، كشف المختص في تنمية الثروة الحيوانية سعود الهفتاء، أن الميزان بلا فائدة طالما أنه لم يحدد أسعار الوزن، خلافاً لاستثناء تجار الجملة من تطبيقه، متسائلاً عن مصير الجلد والصوف والقرون ومدى استفادة المستهلك من مقابلها المالي، وكيفية كشف الغش في زيادة سقيا المواشي بالماء والملح قبيل البيع لزيادة وزنها.وكانت الوزارة، أعلنت في وقت سابق، ضوابط وآليات بيع المواشي بالوزن، إيذاناً ببدء التنفيذ الرسمي مع مطلع محرم 1447هـ، وعزت الخطوة بتحقيق العدالة بين المنتج والمستهلك، وتعزيز معايير الشفافية في عمليات البيع.وشملت الضوابط؛ منع بيع أي من المواشي دون وزن باستخدام موازين معتمدة، وإلزام مستأجري الحظائر بتوفير الموازين والمحافظة عليها، وكذلك تسجيل بيانات الوزن بدقة، مع تمكين المشتري من الاطلاع والاعتراض، ومنع أي تلاعب أو غش في عمليات القياس، إضافة لتأهيل وتدريب العاملين على الاستخدام السليم للأجهزة.وتواصلت «عكاظ»، مع المتحدث باسم وزارة البيئة والمياه والزراعة صالح بن دخيل، ولم يصل رد حتى لحظة إعداد التقرير.
سوق المواشي بلا موازين.. والباعة لم يخضعوا للتدريب

They confirmed that the mechanism for selling by weight has not been effectively activated on the ground, suggesting that the implementation may take longer. One of them pointed out that weighing might just be an option for the consumer, while negotiating the price remains subject to supply and demand. Nawaf Al-Otaibi, who visited the market hours before the decision took effect, stated that he did not notice any changes or preparations indicating the start of weighing despite the approaching implementation time. Others noted that the lack of readiness in a timely manner raises questions about the markets' preparedness to effectively implement the decision on its first day. For his part, livestock development specialist Saud Al-Hafita revealed that the scale is useless as long as it does not set weight prices, contrary to the exemption of wholesale traders from its application, questioning the fate of hides, wool, and horns and how consumers benefit financially from them, as well as how to detect fraud in increasing the watering of livestock with water and salt before sale to increase their weight. The ministry had previously announced the regulations and mechanisms for selling livestock by weight, signaling the official implementation starting from the beginning of Muharram 1447 AH, attributing the step to achieving fairness between the producer and the consumer, and enhancing transparency standards in sales operations. The regulations included prohibiting the sale of any livestock without weighing using approved scales, obligating pen renters to provide and maintain scales, as well as accurately recording weight data, enabling the buyer to review and object, and preventing any manipulation or fraud in measurement operations, in addition to qualifying and training workers on the proper use of devices. "Okaz" contacted the spokesperson for the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture, Saleh bin Dukhail, but no response was received by the time this report was prepared.
