كشف برنامج التنمية الريفية الزراعية المستدامة «ريف السعودية»، بلوغ عدد المستفيدين من دعمه إلى 87,235 مستفيدًا في مختلف مناطق السعودية، ضمن جهوده الرامية إلى تعزيز الاستقرار الاقتصادي والاجتماعي في الريف، ودعم أصحاب الحرف الزراعية والأسر المنتجة.
وأكّد مساعد الأمين العام لبرنامج «ريف السعودية» للإعلام والاتصال ماجد البريكان، أن ما يحظى به البرنامج من دعم كريم من القيادة أسهم في توسيع قاعدة المستفيدين، وتحقيق نتائج ملموسة على أرض الواقع، مبينًا، أن هذا الإنجاز يأتي تتويجًا للجهود المتواصلة التي تبذلها المملكة لدعم القطاع الزراعي والنهوض بالمناطق الريفية.
وأفاد، أن البرنامج يعمل على عدة محاور رئيسية تشمل: تطوير الإنتاج الزراعي والحيواني، وتمكين المرأة الريفية، ودعم صغار الصيادين، مع التركيز على تحسين جودة المنتجات، وتعزيز القيمة المضافة لها، مشيرًا إلى أن هذه القطاعات تمثل ركائز أساسية في دعم التنمية الريفية المستدامة، وخلق فرص دخل للأسر في مختلف المناطق.
ولفت النظر، إلى أن «ريف السعودية» يواصل تقديم برامج الدعم المباشر، والتأهيل، والتدريب؛ بهدف تحسين جودة الحياة في المناطق الريفية، وزيادة إسهام القطاع الزراعي في الناتج المحلي، بما يتماشى مع مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.

The Sustainable Agricultural Rural Development Program "Riyaf Saudi Arabia" revealed that the number of beneficiaries from its support has reached 87,235 beneficiaries in various regions of Saudi Arabia, as part of its efforts to enhance economic and social stability in rural areas and support agricultural craftsmen and productive families.
Majid Al-Buraikan, the Assistant Secretary-General for Media and Communication at the "Riyaf Saudi Arabia" program, confirmed that the generous support the program receives from the leadership has contributed to expanding the base of beneficiaries and achieving tangible results on the ground, indicating that this achievement is a culmination of the continuous efforts made by the Kingdom to support the agricultural sector and uplift rural areas.
He stated that the program works on several main axes, including: developing agricultural and livestock production, empowering rural women, and supporting small fishermen, with a focus on improving product quality and enhancing its added value, noting that these sectors represent essential pillars in supporting sustainable rural development and creating income opportunities for families in various regions.
He pointed out that "Riyaf Saudi Arabia" continues to provide direct support programs, rehabilitation, and training, aiming to improve the quality of life in rural areas and increase the agricultural sector's contribution to the GDP, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
