A citizen contributed to exposing practices carried out by an expatriate of African nationality who discharged a sewage tanker into the rainwater drainage network on one of the roads in Jeddah Governorate.

The citizen documented the violation of the tanker driver through a video clip shared on social media platforms, while the Jeddah Municipality confirmed that, in cooperation with the Special Forces for Environmental Security, legal procedures were applied against the violator. It emphasized its continued monitoring of any violations that threaten infrastructure and impact environmental safety.

The municipality appreciated the role of citizens in reporting violations, calling for continued cooperation to maintain public cleanliness and the safety of vital facilities in the city.
