Next to the Prophet's Mosque, "Okaz" met with the Moroccan friends Bilal Al-Mubarak (57 years old) and the Algerian Abdelbasset Benjoudi (50 years old), who were brought together by their expatriate life in Canada, where they work. They were fortunate to be among the Canadian pilgrims, having been selected as part of 1,300 pilgrims from Canada.
Although the average cost of Hajj there is about 13,000 Canadian dollars (which is more than 35,000 Saudi riyals), they managed to save the amount in less than a year, due to their determination to perform the religious duty.
Bilal and Abdelbasset share their story with faces filled with happiness and contentment, from near the Noble Rawdah at the Prophet's Mosque, expressing their eagerness to visit it after booking through the "Nusk" app, during their first visit to the Prophet's Mosque after this year's Hajj. They said that the moment they entered the Sacred Mosque for the first time in their lives during this year's Hajj was the most awe-inspiring, and that words fail to describe their feelings. They are eagerly and excitedly awaiting their visit to the Noble Rawdah.
