يواصل التطبيق الوطني الشامل «توكلنا» تلبية مختلف الاحتياجات اليومية لضيوف الرحمن من خلال باقة الخدمات التي يوفرها، ومن بينها خدمة «بوابة المناسك» التي تمكّن المستخدمين من إصدار واستعراض تصاريح أداء العمرة، وتصريح الصلاة في الروضة الشريفة، إضافة إلى خدمة شهادة إتمام فريضة الحج، الصادرة من وزارة الحج والعمرة، التي تُثبت أداء فريضة الحج لموسم 1446، وتُعرض بصيغة رقمية داخل التطبيق.
وتسهم خدمة استعراض تصاريح الحج خلال موسم حج هذا العام في تسهيل تنقل الحجاج من خلال التصاريح التي تُقدّم بالتكامل مع المنصة الرقمية الموحدة لتصاريح الحج «منصة تصريح»، وتتيح الخدمة بكل سهولة استعراض جميع أنواع تصاريح الحج الصادرة من الجهات الحكومية كافة، التي تشمل بطاقة تصريح الحاج، وتصاريح دخول مكة، إضافة إلى تصريح العمل والمتطوع والمركبة، إضافة إلى استعراض بطاقة «نسك» بالتكامل مع وزارة الحج والعمرة، التي تُمكّن الحاج من الوصول السريع إلى بياناته وتصاريحه.
واستحدث «توكلنا» خيارًا رقميًا يعزز من خدمة الحاج من خلال رمز الاستجابة السريع (QR) الذي يظهر تلقائيًا مع تصريح الحج، ويتيح استعراض بيانات الحاج، وحالة التصريح، ومعلومات الحملة، والموقع الجغرافي المتعلق بسكن الحاج مما يُمكنه من طلب المساعدة من أي شخص من خلال مسح الرمز لعرض جميع التفاصيل، بما فيها خريطة لمكان الإقامة في مكة والمدينة، ويمثل هذا الرمز أداة رقمية ذكية تُسهم في تسهيل التحقق من بيانات الحجاج بخطوات يسيرة وسهلة.
ويقدّم التطبيق خدمات نوعية أخرى منها «أسعفني» و«نداء الاستغاثة» لطلب المساعدة في الحالات الطارئة بخطوات مبسطة، إضافة إلى خدمة الطقس التي توفّر توقعات آنية ويومية للظروف المناخية في المشاعر المقدسة خلال الأيام الخمسة القادمة، ويشمل أيضًا خدمات مثل تحديد اتجاه القبلة، ومواقيت الصلاة، والمصحف الشريف، وغيرها من الأدوات الرقمية التي تُعين الحاج على أداء المناسك بكل راحة وأمان.
ويمكن الاستفادة من هذه الخدمات عبر تحميل تطبيق «توكلنا» من المتاجر الإلكترونية الرسمية (App Store, Google Play, AppGallery, Galaxy Store)، بسبع لغات في جميع دول العالم ضمن حزمة رقمية متكاملة تُمكّن ضيوف الرحمن من أداء مناسكهم بكل يسرٍ وسهولة، في إطار رؤية المملكة 2030 التي تُولي خدمة الحجاج والمعتمرين أولوية قصوى عبر تسخير الحلول التقنية الذكية.
The comprehensive national application "Tawakkalna" continues to meet the various daily needs of the guests of Allah through the package of services it provides, including the "Pilgrimage Gateway" service, which enables users to issue and view permits for performing Umrah, as well as permits for prayer in the Noble Rawdah. Additionally, there is the service for the certificate of completing the Hajj obligation, issued by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, which proves the performance of the Hajj obligation for the season of 1446, and is displayed in a digital format within the application.
This year's Hajj permit viewing service during the Hajj season contributes to facilitating the movement of pilgrims through the permits provided in integration with the unified digital platform for Hajj permits "Tasreeh Platform." The service easily allows for viewing all types of Hajj permits issued by all government entities, which include the pilgrim permit card, permits for entering Mecca, as well as work, volunteer, and vehicle permits, in addition to viewing the "Nusk" card in integration with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, which enables the pilgrim to quickly access their data and permits.
"Tawakkalna" has introduced a digital option that enhances the pilgrim's service through a QR code that automatically appears with the Hajj permit, allowing for the display of the pilgrim's data, permit status, campaign information, and geographical location related to the pilgrim's accommodation, enabling them to request assistance from anyone by scanning the code to display all details, including a map of the accommodation in Mecca and Medina. This code represents a smart digital tool that facilitates the verification of pilgrims' data with simple and easy steps.
The application offers other quality services such as "As'ifni" and "Emergency Call" to request assistance in emergency situations with simplified steps, in addition to a weather service that provides real-time and daily forecasts for weather conditions in the holy sites over the next five days. It also includes services such as determining the Qibla direction, prayer times, the Noble Quran, and other digital tools that assist the pilgrim in performing the rituals comfortably and safely.
These services can be accessed by downloading the "Tawakkalna" application from official electronic stores (App Store, Google Play, AppGallery, Galaxy Store), available in seven languages worldwide as part of a comprehensive digital package that enables the guests of Allah to perform their rituals with ease and convenience, in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030, which prioritizes serving pilgrims and Umrah performers by harnessing smart technological solutions.
