زارت الوفود الإعلامية الدولية المشاركة في تغطية موسم الحج لهذا العام 1446هـ، مقر مركز القيادة والتحكم في المشاعر المقدسة، للاطلاع على تكامل الجهود الأمنية والتقنية في إدارة موسم الحج، وكان في استقبالهم مدير الأمن العام رئيس اللجنة الأمنية للحج الفريق محمد بن عبدالله البسامي.
وتعرفت الوفود خلال الزيارة، على آليات التنسيق تحت مظلة تشغيلية موحدة تجمع الجهات الأمنية والتقنية، المدعومة بأحدث أنظمة المراقبة والتحليل والرصد المباشر، بما يعزز من جاهزية المنظومة الوطنية لخدمة ضيوف الرحمن، ودور تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي وإنترنت الأشياء في دعم إدارة الحشود وتفويج الحجاج بكفاءة عالية واستباقية دقيقة.
يذكر أن غرفة القيادة والسيطرة في المشاعر المقدسة تعمل على التكامل المؤسسي والتقني لخدمة ضيوف الرحمن، لحج آمن وميسر.
The international media delegations participating in the coverage of this year's Hajj season 1446 AH visited the Command and Control Center in the holy sites to observe the integration of security and technical efforts in managing the Hajj season. They were received by the Director of Public Security and Chairman of the Security Committee for Hajj, Major General Muhammad bin Abdullah Al-Basami.
During the visit, the delegations learned about the coordination mechanisms under a unified operational umbrella that brings together security and technical entities, supported by the latest monitoring, analysis, and real-time tracking systems. This enhances the readiness of the national system to serve the guests of Allah, as well as the role of artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things technologies in efficiently managing crowds and directing pilgrims with high precision and proactivity.
It is worth mentioning that the Command and Control Room in the holy sites works on institutional and technical integration to serve the guests of Allah for a safe and smooth Hajj.
