The Minister of National Guard, Prince Abdullah bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, reviewed the military readiness of the National Guard forces participating in this year's Hajj mission for the year 1446 AH.

He was received upon his arrival at the venue of the ceremony by the Deputy Minister of National Guard, Dr. Nasser bin Abdulaziz Al-Dawood, the head of the military apparatus at the Ministry of National Guard, Lieutenant General Saleh bin Abdulrahman Al-Harbi, the assistant director of the military apparatus in the western sector, Major General Abdullah bin Ali Al-Tuwaijri, along with several leaders, heads of agencies, and department directors, after which the royal anthem was played.

The Assistant Director of the National Guard for the military apparatus in the western sector welcomed His Highness, confirming the readiness of the ministry's forces to participate in the Hajj security mission. He stated: “Thanks to Allah - the Almighty - and then to the support and guidance of Your Highness, the National Guard forces are ready to perform their security duties in Mecca, the holy sites, and Medina with professionalism, determination, and high readiness, implementing the directives of the wise leadership, and dealing firmly with anyone who dares to tamper with their security and the security of the country.”

During the visit, His Highness observed the military display of the ministry's forces assigned to enhance the security of the pilgrims and followed a visual summary of the National Guard's missions in the western sector.

The ministry's forces participating in the Hajj season will commence executing their various missions in both Mecca, the holy sites, and Medina effectively and efficiently, with high morale, as part of the efforts of the military, security, and governmental sectors. The participation of the forces affiliated with the Ministry of National Guard during the Hajj season is distributed between security missions and health-related tasks.

The ministry announced the completion of plans for participation in the Hajj season by securing various services for the guests of Allah, under the supervision and follow-up of the Minister of National Guard, Prince Abdullah bin Bandar, who directed the officials in the ministry to exert efforts and mobilize resources for the comfort of the pilgrims and to provide the services they need in the easiest ways and with the best possible performance.
