أكَّد وزير الحج والعمرة الدكتور توفيق الربيعة، ضرورة التزام مكاتب شؤون الحجاج الرسمية بالتعليمات المنظمة للحركة داخل المشاعر المقدسة، بما يضمن سلامة الحجاج، وتسهيل أدائهم المناسك.
جاء ذلك في كلمة ألقاها الدكتور توفيق الربيعة خلال اللقاء الذي عقده مع رؤساء بعثات الحج الرسمية من الوزراء وأصحاب المعالي والفضيلة من مختلف الدول، على هامش ندوة الحج الكبرى في دورتها الـ49، التي أقيمت يوم الأحد الماضي في مدينة جدة.
وأوضح الوزير، أن ارتفاع درجات الحرارة في يوم عرفة يتطلب التأكيد على بقاء الحجاج داخل المخيمات من الساعة الـ10:00 صباحاً وحتى الـ4:00 عصرًا؛ حفاظاً على صحتهم، ومنعاً لأي حالات إجهاد حراري، مؤكداً أن المشي الجماعي العشوائي يُعد خطراً على انسيابية الحركة، وعلى أرواح الحجاج.
وشدد وزير الحج والعمرة على ضرورة عدم الخروج من عرفات إلى مزدلفة مشياً، بل يجب الالتزام باستخدام وسائل النقل المخصصة، لافتاً النظر إلى أن خطط التفويج والنقل تسهم بشكل مباشر في تنظيم حركة الحشود، وضمان سلامة الجميع، والالتزام بها مسؤولية جماعية.
وأشار الربيعة إلى أهمية بطاقة «نسك»، مؤكداً أن من لا يحملها لا يُسمح له بدخول الحرم أو المشاعر أو استخدام وسائل النقل، مبيناً أن هذه البطاقة باتت أداة تنظيمية أساسية في ضبط أداء الحج، ومنع المخالفات.
وختم وزير الحج والعمرة كلمته بالتأكيد على أن هذا العام سيشهد تشديداً كبيراً على التأكد من مدى حصول الحاج على تصريح للحج؛ حرصاً على سلامة ضيوف الرحمن، وضماناً لتجربتهم الإيمانية الكاملة، في ظل تنظيم دقيق يليق بمكانة الشعيرة وعظمة المناسبة.
The Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah, emphasized the necessity for official Hajj offices to adhere to the regulations governing movement within the holy sites, ensuring the safety of the pilgrims and facilitating their performance of rituals.
This was stated in a speech delivered by Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah during a meeting he held with the heads of official Hajj missions from ministers and dignitaries from various countries, on the sidelines of the Grand Hajj Symposium in its 49th session, which took place last Sunday in the city of Jeddah.
The minister explained that the high temperatures on the Day of Arafah necessitate emphasizing that pilgrims remain inside the camps from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM; to protect their health and prevent any cases of heat exhaustion, stressing that random group walking poses a danger to the smooth flow of movement and to the lives of the pilgrims.
The Minister of Hajj and Umrah stressed the importance of not walking from Arafah to Muzdalifah, but rather adhering to the designated transportation means, pointing out that the plans for crowd management and transportation directly contribute to organizing the flow of crowds and ensuring everyone's safety, and that adherence to them is a collective responsibility.
Al-Rabiah highlighted the importance of the "Nusk" card, confirming that those who do not carry it are not allowed to enter the sanctuary or the holy sites or use transportation, indicating that this card has become a fundamental organizational tool in regulating the performance of Hajj and preventing violations.
In conclusion, the Minister of Hajj and Umrah reiterated that this year will see a significant tightening in ensuring that pilgrims obtain a Hajj permit; in order to safeguard the safety of the guests of Allah and to guarantee their complete spiritual experience, under precise organization befitting the significance of the ritual and the grandeur of the occasion.
