The Ministry of Justice announced the preparation of 18 judicial circuits to handle cases arising within the boundaries of the Holy Mosque in Mecca and the sites of Mina and Arafat, in addition to 5 mobile notary offices to meet the documentation needs of the guests of Allah. It confirmed the readiness of the judicial circuits and mobile notary offices, equipping them with qualified personnel to save time and effort for the pilgrims, and to contribute to the efficient and swift completion of their cases and documentation processes, as part of the efforts made by the Kingdom's government to serve the pilgrims.

This step comes in the context of integration with government agencies to provide comprehensive judicial and documentation services to the guests of Allah during the Hajj season. The Ministry of Justice pointed out that pilgrims can also benefit from more than 160 electronic services through the Najiz platform at Najiz.sa, and the Najiz application available on smart device stores.

It is worth noting that the mobile notary offices provide documentation services for pilgrims, as well as for personnel from security and health sectors and others who are present within the scope of the Holy Mosque and the sacred sites.
