أكد النائب العام الشيخ سعود المعجب، العمل على إنجاز كافة القضايا في وقت قصير باستخدام التقنية الحديثة، مواكبة للتطور الحاصل اليوم في خدمة حجاج بيت الله الحرام، بواسطة كادر مؤهل من أعضاء نيابة وموظفين، مشدداً على أن رسالة النيابة في موسم الحج هي أن يكون الحج آمناً، وأن يعود حجاج بيت الله الحرام إلى ديارهم سالمين غانمين، وشعارنا هو العدالة الناجزة.
جاء ذلك، خلال تفقده مقار النيابة العاملة في الحج لهذا العام في المشاعر المقدسة، إذ وقف على جميع التجهيزات والاستعدادات، كما دشّن عدداً من مقار النيابة بالمشاعر المقدسة.
وأكد الحماية العدلية للمشاعر المقدسة وقاصدي بيت اللّٰه الحرام، ومباشرة الإجراءات الجزائية المتصلة بالجرائم التي من شأنها انتهاك هذه الشعائر الدينية، وكل ما من شأنه الاستيلاء على الأموال عن طريق الاحتيال أو الخداع أو الإيهام، أو صور الغش التجاري أو مخالفة المواصفات القياسية المعتمدة في المملكة العربية السعودية في المنتجات المقدمة لحجاج بيت اللّٰه الحرام، وكذا التصدي للجرائم المعلوماتية الماسّة بأمن الحج وطمأنينة حجاج بيت اللّٰه الحرام، واتخاذ المقتضيات النظامية تجاهها، منوهاً بالتجهيزات التقنية المتقدمة المعمول بها والطاقات البشرية المؤهلة، استجابةً لتوجيهات خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز وولي عهده الأمين، الرامية لتوفير أعلى معايير الجودة لخدمة ورعاية ضيوف الرحمن، لتيسير سبل أدائهم مناسكهم بيسر وأمان.
The Attorney General Sheikh Saud Al-Muajab confirmed the work on completing all cases in a short time using modern technology, keeping pace with the developments today in serving the pilgrims of the Sacred House of God, through a qualified team of members of the Public Prosecution and employees, emphasizing that the message of the prosecution during the Hajj season is to ensure that the pilgrimage is safe, and that the pilgrims of the Sacred House of God return to their homes safe and sound, with our slogan being swift justice.
This came during his inspection of the offices of the Public Prosecution operating during this year's Hajj in the holy sites, where he reviewed all the preparations and readiness, and inaugurated several offices of the Public Prosecution in the holy sites.
He confirmed the judicial protection of the holy sites and the visitors to the Sacred House of God, and the initiation of legal procedures related to crimes that may violate these religious rituals, as well as anything that could involve the unlawful appropriation of funds through fraud, deception, or misrepresentation, or forms of commercial fraud or violations of the standard specifications approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the products provided to the pilgrims of the Sacred House of God, as well as addressing cyber crimes that threaten the security of Hajj and the peace of the pilgrims, and taking the necessary legal measures against them, noting the advanced technical preparations in place and the qualified human resources, in response to the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and his trustworthy Crown Prince, aimed at providing the highest quality standards for the service and care of the guests of the Merciful, to facilitate their performance of the rituals with ease and safety.
