أكد أمير منطقة تبوك المشرف العام على أعمال الحج بالمنطقة الأمير فهد بن سلطان، بأن ما يقدم من خدمات وتسهيلات لضيوف الرحمن في منفذ حالة عمار وباقي المنافذ بالمملكة التي يمر بها الحجاج تأتي بتوجيهات من خادم الحرمين الشريفين، وولي العهد، التي أولت الحجاج عناية خاصة وجعلت خدمتهم شرفًا كبيرًا.
وأضاف الأمير فهد بن سلطان، إثر تفقده أمس، منفذ حالة عمار «ما شاهدته اليوم يبعث على الفرح والاعتزاز، ليس فقط بسبب ما تم تحقيقه من إنجازات ومشروعات جديدة، كالمباني والصالات الحديثة، بل الأهم من ذلك هو العنصر البشري، لدينا أكثر من 350 متطوعًا ومتطوعة يأتون يوميًا من مدينة تبوك، يقطعون ساعة في ذهابهم، وساعة في عودتهم صباحًا ومساءً، في تجسيد صادق للعطاء والعمل النبيل»، مشيراً إلى أن المتطوعين والمتطوعات هم مصدر فخر واعتزاز للجميع.
وأضاف «نحن في المملكة محظوظون بهذا الشرف العظيم، أن نكون في خدمة إخواننا المسلمين القادمين من مختلف أنحاء العالم، فالانطباعات التي لمستها من الحجاج القادمين عبر المنفذ كانت مبهجة وتثلج الصدر، وقد أعربوا عن امتنانهم لما لقوه من كرم الضيافة وحسن الاستقبال».
واطلع أمير منطقة تبوك، أمس، على الخدمات والإمكانات التي جندتها الأجهزة الحكومية المدنية والعسكرية في مدينة الحجاج بمنفذ حالة عمار لخدمة ضيوف الرحمن القادمين عبر المنفذ من مختلف الدول، وذلك بحضور نائبه الأمير خالد بن سعود بن عبدالله بن فيصل بن عبدالعزيز.
وبدأ الأمير فهد بن سلطان جولته بتفقد قوة أمن الحج بقطاع حرس الحدود بحالة عمار، ثم شاهد إسهامات الفرق التطوعية بمنطقة تبوك، واطلع على سير العمل في صالة إنهاء إجراءات القدوم والمغادرة للحجاج، والخدمات الصحية والهلال الأحمر، والخدمات التي تقدم للحجاج من قبل الجوازات، والجمارك، إضافة إلى القطاعات الأخرى المشاركة بأعمال الحج بالمنفذ، والتقى العاملين فيها، مشيدًا بالجهود التي يقدمونها.
كما التقى أمير تبوك عددًا من الحجاج القادمين عبر المنفذ؛ الذين أعربوا عن شكرهم وامتنانهم على كرم الضيافة وحفاوة الاستقبال التي قوبلوا بها إلى جانب التسهيلات الكبيرة، والإجراءات الميسرة التي حظيوا بها منذ لحظة وصولهم للمنفذ.
عقب ذلك التقى الأمير فهد بن سلطان، بالعاملين في مدينة الحجاج، مثنيًا على جهود الجميع.

The Emir of Tabuk, the general supervisor of Hajj operations in the region, Prince Fahd bin Sultan, confirmed that the services and facilities provided to the guests of Allah at the Hala Ammar crossing and other crossings in the Kingdom that the pilgrims pass through come under the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Crown Prince, who have given special attention to the pilgrims and made serving them a great honor.
Prince Fahd bin Sultan added, following his inspection yesterday of the Hala Ammar crossing, "What I witnessed today brings joy and pride, not only because of the achievements and new projects that have been accomplished, such as modern buildings and halls, but more importantly, the human element. We have more than 350 male and female volunteers who come daily from the city of Tabuk, spending an hour on their way here and an hour on their return, morning and evening, in a sincere embodiment of giving and noble work," pointing out that the volunteers are a source of pride and honor for everyone.
He added, "We in the Kingdom are fortunate to have this great honor, to be in the service of our Muslim brothers coming from various parts of the world. The impressions I have gathered from the pilgrims arriving through the crossing were delightful and heartwarming, and they expressed their gratitude for the generous hospitality and warm reception they received."
The Emir of Tabuk reviewed yesterday the services and capabilities that the civil and military government agencies have mobilized in the pilgrims' city at the Hala Ammar crossing to serve the guests of Allah arriving through the crossing from various countries, in the presence of his deputy, Prince Khalid bin Saud bin Abdullah bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz.
Prince Fahd bin Sultan began his tour by inspecting the Hajj security forces at the border guard sector in Hala Ammar, then observed the contributions of the volunteer teams in the Tabuk region, and reviewed the workflow in the arrival and departure processing hall for the pilgrims, as well as the health services, the Red Crescent, and the services provided to the pilgrims by the passport and customs departments, in addition to the other sectors participating in Hajj operations at the crossing, and met with the workers there, praising the efforts they are making.
He also met with a number of pilgrims arriving through the crossing, who expressed their thanks and gratitude for the generous hospitality and warm welcome they received, along with the significant facilities and streamlined procedures they enjoyed since the moment they arrived at the crossing.
