أعلن مركز الإسناد والتصفية «إنفاذ» إقامة 19 مزاداً علنياً، بين حضوري وإلكتروني، لتصفية وبيع 157 أصلاً في 7 مناطق من مناطق المملكة، وذلك خلال الفترة من 1 إلى 15 يونيو 2025.
وأوضح المركز، أن المزادات تُقام في مناطق مختلفة من المملكة، وتُنظَّم 6 مزادات في منطقة الرياض لعرض 68 عقاراً، ومزادين في منطقة مكة المكرمة لعرض 15 عقاراً، ومزاداً في منطقة المدينة المنورة لعرض 6 عقارات، و4 مزادات في منطقة القصيم لعرض 33 أصلاً، ومزادين في منطقة الشرقية لعرض 8 فرص، ومزادين في منطقة تبوك لعرض 6 فرص، وأخيراً مزادين في منطقة عسير لعرض 21 أصلاً.

The Enforcement and Liquidation Center "Enfath" announced the holding of 19 public auctions, both in-person and electronic, to liquidate and sell 157 assets in 7 regions of the Kingdom, during the period from June 1 to June 15, 2025.
The center clarified that the auctions will take place in different regions of the Kingdom, with 6 auctions organized in the Riyadh region to showcase 68 properties, 2 auctions in the Makkah region to present 15 properties, 1 auction in the Madinah region to display 6 properties, 4 auctions in the Qassim region to offer 33 assets, 2 auctions in the Eastern region to present 8 opportunities, 2 auctions in the Tabuk region to showcase 6 opportunities, and finally, 2 auctions in the Asir region to display 21 assets.
