سجّل مركز التميز الاستثماري بأمانة المنطقة الشرقية، أكثر من 8255 عملية خدمية خلال عام واحد، شملت خدمات موجهة للمستثمرين ورواد الأعمال، وتواصل مباشر لدعم الإجراءات، وتحفيز المشاريع النوعية في مختلف مدن ومحافظات المنطقة.
ويُعتبر مركز التميز الاستثماري، كمنصة شاملة لتقديم التسهيلات وتذليل العقبات أمام المستثمرين، حيث تجاوز عدد المستثمرين النشطين خلاله 4000 مستثمر، وتم تسجيل أكثر من 8000 عملية تواصل مباشرة، إلى جانب أكثر من 28,000 مستثمر مسجل عبر القنوات الرقمية، مما يعكس تنامي الثقة بالمنظومة الاستثمارية بالمنطقة.
ويمثل المركز نقلة نوعية في خدمة المستثمرين عبر تقديم الدعم المباشر، وابتكار حلول رقمية، وتطوير نماذج استثمارية مبتكرة، انسجامًا مع توجيهات أمير المنطقة الشرقية الأمير سعود بن نايف بن عبد العزيز، ونائبه الأمير سعود بن بندر بن عبدالعزيز، وبدعم ومتابعة وزير البلديات والإسكان ماجد الحقيل.
كما يأتي تأسيس المركز في إطار دعم مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030 لتنمية الاقتصاد المحلي وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، حيث ساهم بشكل مباشر في رفع وتيرة الإنجاز وتسريع التراخيص والموافقات، بالتنسيق مع شركاء الأمانة من الجهات ذات العلاقة.
وتُعد هذه الجهود امتدادًا لسلسلة مشاريع استثمارية تم تنفيذها عبر منظومة الاستثمار في الأمانة، تجاوزت تكلفتها الإجمالية 30 مليار ريال، وأسهمت في تعزيز الاستدامة المالية، وتحسين جودة الحياة، وخلق فرص العمل.
ودعت أمانة المنطقة الشرقية عموم المستثمرين ورواد الأعمال الراغبين بالاستثمار إلى الاستفادة من مزايا لائحة الاستثمارات والمحفزات كالمدد التعاقدية التي تصل إلى 50 سنة وفترات الإعفاء لدعم المستثمرين التي تصل إلى 10% من مدة العقود، وكذلك خفض الضمانات البنكية لتصبح 25% فقط من قيمة العطاء ونماذج الاستثمارية عبر الشراكة في نسبة من الدخل، وبالإمكان التواصل مع مركز التميز الاستثماري بالأمانة أو الاطلاع على تفاصيل الفرص الاستثمارية عبر البوابة الرقمية للاستثمار في المدن السعودية، والتطبيق الذكي (فرص) للمشاركة بالفرص الاستثمارية.
The Investment Excellence Center at the Eastern Province Municipality recorded more than 8,255 service operations within a year, including services directed at investors and entrepreneurs, direct communication to support procedures, and the stimulation of quality projects across various cities and governorates in the region.
The Investment Excellence Center is considered a comprehensive platform for providing facilities and overcoming obstacles for investors, with the number of active investors exceeding 4,000 during this period. More than 8,000 direct communication operations were recorded, in addition to over 28,000 registered investors through digital channels, reflecting the growing confidence in the investment ecosystem in the region.
The center represents a qualitative leap in serving investors by providing direct support, innovating digital solutions, and developing innovative investment models, in line with the directives of the Emir of the Eastern Province, Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, and his deputy, Prince Saud bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, with the support and follow-up of the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Majid Al-Huqail.
The establishment of the center also aligns with the targeted objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 for developing the local economy and achieving sustainable development, as it has directly contributed to increasing the pace of achievement and accelerating licenses and approvals, in coordination with the municipality's partners from relevant entities.
These efforts are an extension of a series of investment projects implemented through the investment system in the municipality, with a total cost exceeding 30 billion riyals, contributing to enhancing financial sustainability, improving quality of life, and creating job opportunities.
The Eastern Province Municipality has invited all investors and entrepreneurs interested in investing to take advantage of the benefits of the investment regulations and incentives, such as contractual periods of up to 50 years and exemption periods to support investors reaching 10% of the contract duration, as well as reducing bank guarantees to only 25% of the bid value and investment models through profit-sharing. Interested parties can contact the Investment Excellence Center at the municipality or view details of investment opportunities through the digital investment portal for Saudi cities and the smart application (Opportunities) to participate in investment opportunities.
