شددت وزارة السياحة على مرافق الضيافة بمختلف أنواعها في مدينة مكة بضرورة الالتزام بتقديم أفضل الخدمات وأجودها للحجاج، وذلك بالتزامن مع موسم حج 1446. وتعمل الوزارة على ضمان التزام مرافق الضيافة في مدينة مكة المكرمة بالامتثال لنظام السياحة ولوائحه؛ لضمان الارتقاء بمستوى الخدمات المقدمة للحجاج، وذلك تحقيقاً للتطلعات المتعلقة بتوفير جميع سبل الراحة لضيوف الرحمن، وتمكينهم من أداء مناسكهم بكل راحة، وذلك في ظل منظومة الخدمات المتطورة التي وفرتها المملكة من أجل نجاح موسم حج هذا العام، إذ نفذت الفرق الرقابية للوزارة بمدينة مكة المكرمة أكثر من 1160 زيارة رقابية على مرافق الضيافة منذ بداية شهر ذي القعدة.
وتأتي الجهود المتواصلة لوزارة السياحة بالعاصمة المقدسة في إطار مساعيها المستمرة للارتقاء بجودة الخدمات المقدمة للحجاج بالتزامن مع موسم الحج بالتعاون مع الجهات الحكومية الأخرى لتمكين حجاج بيت الله الحرام من أداء مناسكهم بكل يسر وطمأنينة.
The Ministry of Tourism emphasized the necessity for hospitality facilities of all types in the city of Mecca to adhere to providing the best and highest quality services for the pilgrims, coinciding with the Hajj season of 1446. The ministry is working to ensure that hospitality facilities in the holy city of Mecca comply with the tourism system and its regulations; to ensure the enhancement of the level of services provided to the pilgrims, thus fulfilling the aspirations related to providing all means of comfort for the guests of Allah, enabling them to perform their rituals with ease, all within the framework of the advanced services provided by the Kingdom to ensure the success of this year's Hajj season. The ministry's regulatory teams in the holy city of Mecca have conducted more than 1160 monitoring visits to hospitality facilities since the beginning of the month of Dhul-Qi'dah.
The continuous efforts of the Ministry of Tourism in the holy capital are part of its ongoing endeavors to elevate the quality of services provided to the pilgrims in conjunction with the Hajj season, in collaboration with other government entities to enable the pilgrims of the Sacred House of Allah to perform their rituals with ease and tranquility.
