كشفت الهيئة العامة لعقارات الدولة أنه إشارة إلى ما يتم تداوله بشأن توزيع أراضٍ سكنية في مدينة الرياض تحت عدة مسميات، وتحديد الأسعار وشروط الاستحقاق، لم يصدر به أي إعلان رسمي من الجهات المختصة.
وأكدت الهيئة أن جميع المبادرات والمشاريع التنموية الكبرى يتم الإعلان عنها عبر القنوات والمصادر الرسمية فقط، وأن ما يتم تداوله لم يصدر به أي إعلان رسمي من الجهات المختصة.
وحثت الهيئة الجميع على تحري الدقة، وعدم الانسياق وراء الأخبار غير الموثوقة، وسيتم نشر كل ما يتعلق بتفاصيل المناطق المعلن عن نزعها وما سيطرأ عليها في حينه من خلال المنصات والوسائل الرسمية.
The General Authority for State Properties revealed that, in reference to what is being circulated regarding the distribution of residential lands in the city of Riyadh under various names, as well as the determination of prices and eligibility conditions, no official announcement has been issued by the relevant authorities.
The Authority confirmed that all major initiatives and developmental projects are announced only through official channels and sources, and that what is being circulated has not been officially announced by the relevant authorities.
The Authority urged everyone to exercise caution and not to be swayed by unreliable news, and that all details related to the areas announced for expropriation and any developments will be published in due course through official platforms and media.
