رصد المركز العالمي لمكافحة الفكر المتطرف (اعتدال)، استخدام التنظيمات الإرهابية أكثر من 1.2 مليون رابط إلكتروني؛ بهدف الهروب من الرصد الرقمي، وتوجيه المستخدمين إلى محتويات بديلة.
وأوضح «اعتدال» أن التنظيمات الإرهابية تنتهج وسائل خادعة بغرض التحايل على عمليات الرصد، من بينها استخدام روابط لإعادة توجيه المستخدمين، فيما تجري عمليات التصدي لهذه الأساليب، بما في ذلك إزالة أكثر 1.2 رابطٍ إلكترونيٍ، خلال الربع الأول من العام الحالي فقط، وفق النتائج التي أعلنها المركز لجهود الشراكة مع منصة «تليغرام».
ويتنوع محتوى الروابط البديلة بين ملفات رقمية تتضمن محتوى دعائياً متطرفاً، ومواقع إلكترونية تستضيف محتوى محظوراً أو يصعب تتبّعه، ومجموعاتٍ وقنواتٍ على منصات تواصل ذات رقابة ضعيفة.
يشار الى أن مركز «اعتدال» أعلن أخيراً جهوده المشتركة مع منصة «تليغرام» في التصدي للدعاية المتطرفة للربع الأول من عام 2025م، إذ تمكَّن من إزالة 16,062,667 مادة متطرفة، إضافة إلى إغلاق 1,408 قنوات متطرفة.

The Global Center for Combating Extremist Ideology (Etidal) has monitored the use of more than 1.2 million electronic links by terrorist organizations; aiming to evade digital surveillance and direct users to alternative content.
Etidal explained that terrorist organizations employ deceptive means to circumvent surveillance operations, including the use of links to redirect users, while efforts are underway to counter these methods, including the removal of more than 1.2 million electronic links during the first quarter of this year alone, according to the results announced by the center in partnership with the "Telegram" platform.
The content of the alternative links varies between digital files containing extremist promotional content, websites hosting prohibited or hard-to-trace content, and groups and channels on platforms with weak oversight.
It is worth noting that the Etidal Center recently announced its joint efforts with the "Telegram" platform to combat extremist propaganda for the first quarter of 2025, during which it managed to remove 16,062,667 extremist materials, in addition to closing 1,408 extremist channels.
