أوضح رئيس برنامج تأهيل المحامين التطبيقي سعيد سعد الشهراني، لـ«عكاظ»: إطلاق برنامج رقمي يستهدف تأهيل وتدريب 1,000 محامٍ ومحامية من الكفاءات الوطنية، ضمن مسار تحقيق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030، من خلال تنمية القدرات البشرية المتخصصة ورفع جاهزيتها لسوق العمل القانوني.
وقال الشهراني: إن البرنامج يهدف إلى مواءمة مخرجات التدريب القانوني مع الاحتياجات الفعلية لسوق العمل، عبر مسارات تطبيقية ومهنية مكثفة تغطي مجالات حيوية مثل الزكاة والضريبة، الاحتيال المالي، تأسيس الشركات، الاستثمار، الجرائم المعلوماتية، والملكية الفكرية.
وأضاف، أن البرنامج صُمم ليكون انطلاقاً للممارسين القانونيين، ويجمع بين الجانب الأكاديمي والتطبيقي مع مراكز تدريب مرخصة، لتقديم تجربة تعليمية متقدمة مبنية على التمكين المهني والممارسة الواقعية. وأشار إلى أن البرنامج يعمل ضمن 3 محاور رئيسية، هي محور التمكين المهني ويشمل برنامج تأهيل المحامين التطبيقي، ومحور المحتوى الإثرائي الإبداعي، ومحور الابتكار والريادة القانونية.
وأضاف، نطمح من خلال هذا البرنامج إلى تأسيس جيل قانوني أكثر احترافية، وقادر على الإسهام في تطوير بيئة العمل القانونية بالمملكة، وقيادة المرحلة القادمة من التحول المؤسسي والاقتصادي ضمن رؤية المملكة.

The head of the Practical Lawyers Rehabilitation Program, Said Saad Al-Shahrani, explained to "Okaz": the launch of a digital program aimed at qualifying and training 1,000 male and female lawyers from national competencies, as part of achieving the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, through the development of specialized human capabilities and enhancing their readiness for the legal job market.
Al-Shahrani stated that the program aims to align the outputs of legal training with the actual needs of the job market, through intensive practical and professional tracks covering vital areas such as zakat and taxation, financial fraud, company formation, investment, cybercrimes, and intellectual property.
He added that the program is designed to be a launchpad for legal practitioners, combining academic and practical aspects with licensed training centers, to provide an advanced educational experience based on professional empowerment and real-world practice. He noted that the program operates within three main axes: the professional empowerment axis, which includes the Practical Lawyers Rehabilitation Program; the creative enrichment content axis; and the legal innovation and entrepreneurship axis.
He added that through this program, we aspire to establish a more professional legal generation, capable of contributing to the development of the legal work environment in the Kingdom and leading the next phase of institutional and economic transformation within the Kingdom's Vision.
