أدانت الحكومة الأردنية اليوم محاولة ميليشيا الحوثي استهداف منطقة المدينة المنورة بصاروخ باليستي، واصفةً إياها استفزازاً لمشاعر المسلمين، وانتهاكاً سافراً لسيادة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتهديداً لأمنها واستقرارها، وخرقاً فاضحاً للقانون الدولي وميثاق الأمم المتحدة.
وأكّدت وزارة الخارجية الأردنية في بيانٍ تضامن الأردن المطلق مع المملكة العربية السعودية، ووقوفه معها في كل ما تتخذه من خطوات لحماية أمنها واستقرارها وسيادتها وسلامة مواطنيها والمقيمين فيها.
The Jordanian government today condemned the Houthi militia's attempt to target the city of Medina with a ballistic missile, describing it as a provocation to the feelings of Muslims, a blatant violation of the sovereignty of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, a threat to its security and stability, and a flagrant breach of international law and the United Nations Charter.
The Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed in a statement Jordan's absolute solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, standing with it in all measures it takes to protect its security, stability, sovereignty, and the safety of its citizens and residents.
