واعتمدت وزارة التعليم دليل حوكمة العمل الاتصالي ليكون مرجعاً تنظيمياً شاملاً يضبط العمل الإعلامي والرقمي في منظومة التعليم، ويركّز على حظر نشر الصور أو المقاطع من داخل المدارس عبر الحسابات الشخصية في وسائل التواصل.
وتطرق الدليل إلى حظر استخدام الحسابات الشخصية في نشر أي محتوى مصوّر من البيئة التعليمية، وحماية خصوصية الطلبة ومنسوبي التعليم ومنع التصوير الفردي أو المسيء، كما شدد الدليل على الفصل بين الصفة الوظيفية والحسابات الخاصة لمنسوبي التعليم.
