عقدت الإدارات الحكومية بمركزي بلّسمر وحوراء بلّسمر اجتماعاً تنسيقياً لمناقشة الاستعدادات المبكرة لموسم هطول الأمطار وجريان السيول، وذلك في ظل ما تشهده معظم مناطق المملكة من تقلبات مناخية خلال هذه الفترة، مع التركيز على مركز بلّسمر والمناطق التابعة له.
وجاء الاجتماع بحضور رئيس مركز بلّسمر ظافر بن عبدالله العسيري، ورئيس مركز حوراء بلّسمر عبدالله بن حسن بن هتان عسيري، وبمشاركة الجهات الحكومية ذات العلاقة، حيث تم استعراض خطط الطوارئ ورفع الجاهزية الميدانية والتنسيق المشترك بين الجهات المعنية.
وأكّد المجتمعون أهمية الاستعداد المبكر وتعزيز التنسيق بين الإدارات الحكومية لضمان سلامة الأرواح والممتلكات، والتعامل السريع مع أي طارئ لا قدر الله خلال موسم الأمطار.
كما شدَّد الاجتماع على ضرورة التقيد بتعليمات السلامة، وتوعية المواطنين والمقيمين بمخاطر جريان السيول، وتفعيل آليات البلاغات والاستجابة السريعة في المواقع الأكثر عرضة للمخاطر.
The government departments in the Balasmar and Hawra Balasmar centers held a coordination meeting to discuss early preparations for the rainy season and the flow of torrents, in light of the climatic fluctuations being experienced in most regions of the Kingdom during this period, with a focus on the Balasmar center and its affiliated areas.
The meeting was attended by the head of the Balasmar center, Dhafir bin Abdullah Al-Asiri, and the head of the Hawra Balasmar center, Abdullah bin Hassan bin Hattan Al-Asiri, along with the participation of relevant government agencies. The emergency plans were reviewed, and field readiness and joint coordination among the concerned parties were discussed.
The attendees emphasized the importance of early preparedness and enhancing coordination among government departments to ensure the safety of lives and property, and to respond quickly to any emergencies, God forbid, during the rainy season.
The meeting also stressed the necessity of adhering to safety instructions, raising awareness among citizens and residents about the risks of torrent flow, and activating reporting mechanisms and rapid response in the areas most susceptible to risks.
