احترازاً من التقلبات الجوية المتوقعة، أعلنت جامعة الطائف تحويل الدراسة الحضورية إلى نظام التعليم عن بُعد اليوم الخميس ابتداءً من الساعة الثانية عشرة ظهراً عبر منصة (البلاك بورد)، وذلك في مقرها الرئيس بالحوية وجميع مقارها بمحافظة الطائف.
وأوضحت الجامعة أن القرار جاء استناداً إلى التقارير الصادرة عن المركز الوطني للأرصاد وحرصاً على سلامة الطلبة ومنسوبي الجامعة، مؤكدة استمرار العملية التعليمية إلكترونياً خلال الفترة المحددة.
كما بيّنت أن دوام الموظفين سيتواصل عن بُعد بعد الساعة الثانية عشرة ظهراً وفق الأنظمة واللوائح المعمول بها، فيما تستمر الدراسة والعمل الحضوريان في فروع الجامعة بمحافظات تربة والخرمة ورنية.
As a precaution against the expected weather fluctuations, Taif University announced the transition from in-person classes to remote learning today, Thursday, starting at 12:00 PM via the (Blackboard) platform, at its main campus in Al-Hawiya and all its locations in Taif Governorate.
The university clarified that the decision was based on reports issued by the National Center of Meteorology and in order to ensure the safety of students and university staff, confirming that the educational process will continue electronically during the specified period.
It also indicated that employee work will continue remotely after 12:00 PM in accordance with the applicable regulations and policies, while in-person classes and work will continue at the university branches in the governorates of Turbah, Al-Khurmah, and Ranyah.
