أكدت وزارة الداخلية أنَّ كلَّ من يقوم من الأفراد بنقل أو تشغيل أيٍّ من مخالفي نظامي الإقامة والعمل أو التستر عليهم أو إيوائهم أو تقديم أي وسيلة من وسائل المساعدة لهم، ستطبق بحقه غرامة مالية تصل إلى 100,000 ريال والسجن لمدة تصل إلى ستة أشهر مع الترحيل إن كان وافدًا.
الإبلاغ عن المخالفين
ودعت الوزارة إلى الإبلاغ عن مخالفي أنظمة الإقامة والعمل وأمن الحدود بالاتصال بالرقمين (911) في مناطق مكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة والرياض والشرقية، و(999) في بقية مناطق المملكة
The Ministry of Interior has confirmed that anyone who transports or employs any violators of the residency and labor laws, or conceals them, shelters them, or provides any means of assistance to them, will face a financial penalty of up to 100,000 riyals and imprisonment for up to six months, along with deportation if they are a foreigner.
Reporting Violators
The ministry has urged reporting violators of residency and labor laws and border security by calling the numbers (911) in the regions of Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province, and (999) in the rest of the Kingdom's regions.
