حجبت وزارة السياحة، بالتنسيق مع الجهات المختصة، سبع منصات إلكترونية مخالفة لنظام السياحة، لممارستها نشاط تقديم خدمات السفر والسياحة، بما يشمل باقات عمرة الداخل والرحلات السياحية، دون استيفاء الاشتراطات النظامية.
ويأتي حجب هذه المنصات في إطار جهود الوزارة للحد من الممارسات غير النظامية في الأنشطة السياحية، وحماية حقوق السياح والمعتمرين، وتجنيبهم الممارسات الاحتيالية والخدمات التي لا تستوفي متطلبات الجودة.
وأكّد المتحدث الرسمي لوزارة السياحة نصر الأنصاري أن الوزارة تواصل رصد المخالفات في مختلف الأنشطة السياحية، بما فيها منصات السفر الإلكترونية، وتتخذ الإجراءات النظامية بحق المخالفين، مشددًا على أن سلامة السياح والمعتمرين وحماية حقوقهم وجودة الخدمات المقدّمة لهم أولويات لا تهاون فيها.
ودعت الوزارة السياح والمعتمرين إلى التعامل حصرًا مع المنصات ومكاتب السفر والسياحة المرخّصة، حفاظًا على حقوقهم وضمانًا لجودة الخدمات المقدّمة لهم.
«السياحة» تحجب 7 منصات إلكترونية لمخالفتها النظام
The Ministry of Tourism, in coordination with the relevant authorities, has blocked seven electronic platforms that violate the tourism system for engaging in the activity of providing travel and tourism services, including domestic Umrah packages and tourist trips, without meeting the regulatory requirements.
This action to block these platforms is part of the ministry's efforts to curb illegal practices in tourism activities, protect the rights of tourists and pilgrims, and shield them from fraudulent practices and services that do not meet quality standards.
The official spokesperson for the Ministry of Tourism, Nasr Al-Ansari, confirmed that the ministry continues to monitor violations in various tourism activities, including electronic travel platforms, and takes regulatory actions against violators, emphasizing that the safety of tourists and pilgrims, as well as the protection of their rights and the quality of services provided to them, are non-negotiable priorities.
The ministry urged tourists and pilgrims to exclusively deal with licensed travel and tourism platforms and offices to safeguard their rights and ensure the quality of services provided to them.
