وقّعت الشركة السعودية للمعلومات الائتمانية (سمة) مذكرة تفاهم مع مصرف الإنماء، بهدف تعزيز التعاون في مجال الخدمات ذات القيمة المضافة، وتطوير حلول تحليلية متقدمة تسهم في رفع كفاءة متابعة المحافظ الائتمانية وتحليل أدائها، وتعزيز قدرات إدارة المخاطر واتخاذ القرارات الائتمانية.
ويأتي هذا التعاون امتدادًا لجهود «سمة» في تطوير خدمات تتجاوز توفير المعلومات الائتمانية إلى تحويل البيانات إلى رؤى ومؤشرات تحليلية أكثر عمقًا، تمكّن المؤسسات المالية من متابعة أداء محافظها بصورة مستمرة، والتنبؤ بالمتغيرات الائتمانية، وبناء قرارات تستند إلى قراءة أشمل للمخاطر والاتجاهات.
وتشمل مجالات التعاون خدمة متابعة المحافظ التمويلية، التي تتيح بناء مؤشرات وسيناريوهات متابعة مخصصة تتوافق مع السياسات الائتمانية وإستراتيجيات إدارة المخاطر، إلى جانب متابعة القطاعات والشرائح المختلفة، وتحليل السلوك الائتماني ورصد التحولات المحتملة في أداء المحافظ.

وأكد الرئيس التنفيذي لـ«سمة» سلطان بن عبدالرحمن القديري أنّ توقيع مذكرة التفاهم مع مصرف الإنماء يعكس توجه «سمة» نحو تعظيم القيمة المتحققة من المعلومات الائتمانية، وتوسيع دورها في تمكين الجهات بأدوات تحليلية أكثر تقدمًا تساعدها على قراءة المخاطر ومعرفة المتغيرات بصورة أكثر دقة. وأوضح القديري أنه لم تعد القيمة في امتلاك البيانات فحسب، وإنما في القدرة على تحويلها إلى معرفة تدعم القرار وتكشف التحولات قبل أن تتحول إلى مخاطر فعلية. ومن هذا المنطلق، تعمل «سمة» على تطوير حلول ذات قيمة مضافة تجمع بين عمق المعلومات الائتمانية والقدرات التحليلية المتقدمة، بما يمنح للجهات رؤية أكثر وضوحًا لمحافظها ويدعم قدرتها على اتخاذ قرارات أكثر دقة وتنبؤية. وأشار الرئيس التنفيذي لـ«سمة» إلى أنّ هذا التعاون يأتي ضمن جهود «سمة» لتوسيع أثر البيانات والتحليلات في القطاع المالي، وبناء منظومة أكثر تكاملًا لدعم إدارة المخاطر، ورفع كفاءة القرارات الائتمانية، والإسهام في تعزيز متانة واستدامة المنظومة المالية في المملكة.

The Saudi Credit Bureau (SIMAH) signed a memorandum of understanding with Alinma Bank, aimed at enhancing cooperation in the field of value-added services, and developing advanced analytical solutions that contribute to improving the efficiency of monitoring credit portfolios and analyzing their performance, as well as enhancing risk management capabilities and credit decision-making.
This collaboration comes as an extension of SIMAH's efforts to develop services that go beyond providing credit information to transforming data into deeper insights and analytical indicators, enabling financial institutions to continuously monitor the performance of their portfolios, predict credit variables, and build decisions based on a more comprehensive understanding of risks and trends.
The areas of cooperation include the service of monitoring financing portfolios, which allows for the creation of customized monitoring indicators and scenarios that align with credit policies and risk management strategies, in addition to monitoring various sectors and segments, analyzing credit behavior, and tracking potential shifts in portfolio performance.
The service also contributes to providing a more comprehensive view of credit portfolio performance and enhancing operational efficiency through more flexible monitoring and analysis tools, which supports quick responses to changes and improves the quality of decisions related to risk management.
The CEO of SIMAH, Sultan bin Abdulrahman Al-Qudairi, confirmed that the signing of the memorandum of understanding with Alinma Bank reflects SIMAH's direction towards maximizing the value derived from credit information and expanding its role in empowering entities with more advanced analytical tools that help them read risks and understand variables more accurately. Al-Qudairi explained that the value is no longer just in owning data, but in the ability to transform it into knowledge that supports decision-making and reveals shifts before they turn into actual risks.
