أدان الأمين العام لمجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية جاسم البديوي، بأشد العبارات، إطلاق مليشيا الحوثي صواريخ باليستية باتجاه مدينتي الطائف وينبع.
وشدد البديوي على أن استمرار مليشيا الحوثي في استهداف أراضي المملكة وأرواح المدنيين بالصواريخ الباليستية يعكس إصرارها على مواصلة نهجها التصعيدي الخطير في المملكة.
وجدد الأمين العام التأكيد على وقوف دول مجلس التعاون صفًا واحدًا إلى جانب المملكة العربية السعودية، ودعمها الكامل لكافة الإجراءات التي تتخذها لصون سيادتها وحماية أمنها واستقرارها وسلامة مواطنيها والمقيمين على أراضيها.
The Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council, Jasem Al-Budaiwi, strongly condemned the Houthi militia's launch of ballistic missiles towards the cities of Taif and Yanbu.
Al-Budaiwi emphasized that the Houthi militia's continued targeting of the Kingdom's territory and the lives of civilians with ballistic missiles reflects its determination to persist in its dangerous escalation approach in the Kingdom.
The Secretary-General reiterated the solidarity of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries alongside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and their full support for all measures taken to safeguard its sovereignty, protect its security and stability, and ensure the safety of its citizens and residents on its territory.
