تواصل المملكة العربية السعودية بدعم وبتوجيهات مباشرة من خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز وولي العهد الأمير محمد بن سلمان جهودها في مساندة الأشقاء والأصدقاء وفي مقدمتهم الدول والشعوب العربية والإسلامية من أجل ترسيخ الأمن والاستقرار، وتجاوز ما خلّفته الحروب والصراعات من اختلالات اقتصادية وأوضاع إنسانية مأساوية.
والمتابع لما تمر به المنطقة يدرك الدور الذي تلعبه السعودية في ملفات شائكة ومعقدة منطلقة من حكمتها وحنكتها السياسية وقوتها العسكرية وقبل كل هذا من مكانتها الدينية باعتبارها قبلة للمسلمين وحاضنة للحرمين الشريفين، وما حققته من نجاحات كانت له انعكاسات إيجابية على حياة الشعوب التي تنظر اليوم إلى جهود المملكة بنوع من التقدير والاحترام.
مساندة القضية الفلسطينية
وتبقى السعودية قائدة الدول المتبنية للقضية الفلسطينية العادلة والعمل على حلها بما يتناسب مع آمال وتطلعات الشعب الفلسطيني التواق إلى دولة فلسطينية عاصمتها القدس الشرقية وحقوق كاملة غير منقوصة، وهذا ما عملت عليه السعودية ولا تزال من خلال المحافل الدولية محققة نجاحات في جلب دول فاعلة إلى دائرة الاعتراف بفلسطين دولة مستقلة، ولم تنظر وهي تسعى لهذا الهدف إلى ما قد تتخذه بعض القوى الدولية من مواقف سلبية تجاهها بل مضت ولا تزال في سبيل الحصول على المزيد من الدعم الدولي خصوصاً بعد أن وصل عدد الدول المعترفة بالدولة الفلسطينية إلى أكثر من 157 دولة.
ولم تخضع السعودية لمحاولات بعض القوى الدولية وفي مقدمتها أمريكا للتطبيع مع إسرائيل وربطت ذلك بدولة فلسطينية مستقلة عاصمتها القدس الشرقية مضحّية بكثير من الامتيازات التي كان بالإمكان الحصول عليها في حال استجابت لهذه الضغوط، ولكنها بقيت على موقفها الثابت لأنها تدرك أن فلسطين قضيتها الأولى والتاريخية ولن تتخلى عنها مهما كانت التضحيات وهو الموقف الذي يُنظر إليه عالمياً بكثير من التقدير.
معالجات الملفات الشائكة
ولم يتوقف الدعم السعودي عند حد القضية الفلسطينية وإنما امتد لكثير من الدول وفي مقدمتها سورية التي تتعافى وتستعيد دورها على المستوى الدولي، والسودان الذي يواجه جيشه قوات الدعم السريع وتداعيات الحرب الدائرة، واليمن وجهود الشرعية في إنهاء الوجود الإيراني الذي تمثله المليشيات الحوثية، ولبنان وما تعانيه الدولة جرّاء عربدة حزب الله وإدخاله في أتون الحروب ما أثر على مكانة الدولة واقتصادها، والعراق وما يعانيه جرّاء الجماعات المنفلتة التي تدين بالولاء لإيران، وتحققت في هذه الملفات الكثير من التقدّمات التي تشير إلى أنها في طريقها للتعافي.
الجهود في القضايا الدولية
وكانت للسعودية، بجهد وحرص من القيادة، خطوات أولية في إيجاد الحلول للحرب الروسية الأوكرانية من خلال وضع الأساس الصلب للمشاورات والمفاوضات التي انطلقت من السعودية وحظيت بمتابعة وإشادات دولية. وما يتم اليوم من جهود في هذا الملف ما هو إلا استكمال للجهد السعودي الذي أدار المفاوضات بحكمة بعد أن نجح في جمع الطرفين على طاولة مفاوضات واحدة.

The efforts being made today to resolve the Russian-Ukrainian conflict are a continuation of the Saudi endeavor that managed the negotiations wisely.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia continues, with direct support and guidance from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, its efforts to support its brothers and friends, foremost among them the Arab and Islamic countries and peoples, in order to establish security and stability, and to overcome the economic imbalances and tragic humanitarian situations left by wars and conflicts.
Anyone following the developments in the region understands the role that Saudi Arabia plays in complex and thorny issues, stemming from its wisdom, political acumen, military strength, and above all, its religious status as the Qibla for Muslims and the custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. The successes it has achieved have had positive repercussions on the lives of the peoples who today view the Kingdom's efforts with appreciation and respect.
Supporting the Palestinian Cause
Saudi Arabia remains the leading nation advocating for the just Palestinian cause and working towards its resolution in a manner that aligns with the hopes and aspirations of the Palestinian people, who yearn for a Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital and full, unqualified rights. This is what Saudi Arabia has worked for and continues to do through international forums, achieving successes in bringing active countries into the circle of recognizing Palestine as an independent state. In pursuing this goal, it has not been deterred by the negative positions that some international powers, including the United States, may take against it, but has continued on its path to secure more international support, especially after the number of countries recognizing the Palestinian state reached over 157.
Saudi Arabia has not succumbed to the attempts of some international powers, led by the U.S., to normalize relations with Israel, linking that to an independent Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital, sacrificing many privileges that could have been obtained had it yielded to these pressures. However, it has maintained its firm stance because it understands that Palestine is its primary and historical cause and will not abandon it regardless of the sacrifices, a position that is viewed globally with great appreciation.
Addressing Thorny Issues
Saudi support has not been limited to the Palestinian cause but has extended to many countries, foremost among them Syria, which is recovering and regaining its role on the international stage; Sudan, which faces its army against the Rapid Support Forces and the repercussions of the ongoing war; Yemen and the legitimate efforts to end the Iranian presence represented by the Houthi militias; Lebanon, which suffers due to Hezbollah's recklessness and its involvement in wars, affecting the state's status and economy; and Iraq, which suffers from the unruly groups loyal to Iran. Significant progress has been made in these files, indicating that they are on the path to recovery.
Efforts in International Issues
Saudi Arabia, through the efforts and diligence of its leadership, has taken initial steps to find solutions to the Russian-Ukrainian war by laying a solid foundation for consultations and negotiations that originated in Saudi Arabia and received international attention and praise.
