كشفت بلدية محافظة الجبيل عن رصد أكثر من 1100 مخالفة لوقوف الشاحنات والعربات المخالفة داخل الأحياء السكنية وفي المواقع غير المخصصة لها، وذلك ضمن جهودها الرقابية للحد من الممارسات المخالفة، وتعزيز السلامة، والحد من التشوه البصري، وتحسين جودة الحياة للسكان.
وأكدت البلدية استمرار جولاتها الرقابية على مختلف المواقع، وتطبيق الأنظمة والتعليمات بحق المخالفين، داعيةً ملاك الشاحنات وقائدي المركبات الثقيلة إلى الالتزام بالمواقع المخصصة للوقوف، وعدم استخدام الأحياء السكنية أو المواقع التي قد تتسبب في إعاقة حركة المركبات والمشاة أو التأثير على راحة السكان.
ويأتي ذلك في وقت أبدى فيه عدد من سكان بعض الأحياء السكنية بالمحافظة ملاحظاتهم واستياءهم من تكرار وقوف الشاحنات والناقلات الكبيرة في مداخل الأحياء، مشيرين إلى ما يترتب على ذلك من تجمعات للعمالة والتسبب في الضوضاء والازدحام وإزعاج السكان، مطالبين بتكثيف الرقابة والحد من هذه الممارسات داخل الأحياء السكنية.
The Municipality of Al Jubail Governorate has reported over 1,100 violations of truck and vehicle parking within residential neighborhoods and in areas not designated for such purposes, as part of its regulatory efforts to curb violations, enhance safety, reduce visual pollution, and improve the quality of life for residents.
The municipality confirmed the continuation of its monitoring tours in various locations and the enforcement of regulations and instructions against violators, urging truck owners and heavy vehicle drivers to adhere to designated parking areas and not to use residential neighborhoods or locations that may obstruct the movement of vehicles and pedestrians or affect the comfort of residents.
This comes at a time when several residents of some neighborhoods in the governorate have expressed their observations and dissatisfaction with the repeated parking of trucks and large transport vehicles at the entrances of neighborhoods, pointing out the resulting gatherings of laborers and the consequent noise, congestion, and disturbance to residents, demanding intensified monitoring and a reduction of these practices within residential areas.
