ألقى الأمين العام لرابطة العالم الإسلامي، رئيسُ هيئة علماء المسلمين، فضيلةُ الشيخ الدكتور محمد بن عبدالكريم العيسى، خطبةَ الجمعة، وأمَّ المُصلِّين في الجامع الكبير بالعاصمة الصومالية مقديشو، بحضور عددٍ من كبار المسؤولين والعلماء، وجمعٍ غفيرٍ من المُصلِّين.
وتناول معاليه في الخطبة جملةً من القضايا الشرعية والفكرية ذات الصلة بالشأن الصومالي، مؤكّدًا أهمية تعزيز القيم الدينية والوسطية، وترسيخ وحدة الصف، ونبذ الفرقة، ومواجهة التحديات الفكرية التي تشهدها المنطقة.
The Secretary-General of the Muslim World League, President of the Association of Muslim Scholars, His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, delivered the Friday sermon and led the prayers at the Grand Mosque in the Somali capital, Mogadishu, in the presence of a number of senior officials and scholars, along with a large congregation of worshippers.
In his sermon, His Excellency addressed a number of religious and intellectual issues related to the Somali situation, emphasizing the importance of promoting religious values and moderation, reinforcing unity, rejecting division, and confronting the intellectual challenges facing the region.
