دشّن المدير العام لحرس الحدود شايع الودعاني، في المنطقة الشرقية اليوم، ثلاث مبادرات تطوعية وتطويرية تهدف إلى تعزيز ثقافة التطوع والمسؤولية المجتمعية لدى منسوبي القطاع، والإسهام في المحافظة على البيئة البحرية والساحلية.
وشملت المبادرات إطلاق برنامج (أنا مدرب) لنقل الخبرات والمعرفة بين المنسوبين، ومبادرة (التطوع الداخلي) للاستفادة من مهاراتهم وقدراتهم في الأعمال التطوعية، إضافة إلى مبادرة بيئية تُعنى بحماية البيئة البحرية والساحلية والجزر.
وتأتي هذه المبادرات ضمن جهود حرس الحدود في تطوير بيئة العمل، وتمكين منسوبيه من الإسهام في خدمة المجتمع، وتعزيز الوعي البيئي والمحافظة على الموارد الطبيعية.
The Director General of the Border Guard, Shaya Al-Wadani, launched today in the Eastern Region three voluntary and developmental initiatives aimed at enhancing the culture of volunteering and social responsibility among the sector's personnel, and contributing to the preservation of the marine and coastal environment.
The initiatives included the launch of the "I Am a Trainer" program to transfer experiences and knowledge among personnel, the "Internal Volunteering" initiative to benefit from their skills and abilities in volunteer work, in addition to an environmental initiative focused on protecting the marine and coastal environment and islands.
These initiatives are part of the Border Guard's efforts to develop the work environment, empower its personnel to contribute to community service, and enhance environmental awareness and the preservation of natural resources.
