أدان رئيس الوزراء الباكستاني شهباز شريف أمس (الأربعاء)، بأشد عبارات الإدانة المحاولة الدنيئة لاستهداف الموقع المقدس في مكة المكرمة بهجوم بطائرة مسيرة.
وقال شريف في تدوينات على حسابه في «X»: «الشعب الباكستاني يشعر بالحزن والقلق إزاء هذا العمل الفاضح، ولا توجد كلمات تكفي للتعبير عن عمق الألم والأسى اللذين نشعر بهما تجاه هذا العمل المشين الذي لا يغتفر».
وأضاف: نحيي اليقظة الاستثنائية والشجاعة والاحترافية العالية للقوات المسلحة الملكية السعودية، على استجابتها السريعة والبطولية، وأن باكستان تقف بثبات، كتفاً بكتف، إلى جانب السعودية، دفاعاً عن سيادتها وسلامة أراضيها، وكذلك من أجل أمن الحرمين الشريفين وحرمتهما، وهي أمانة يحملها كل باكستاني قريباً من قلبه.
The Prime Minister of Pakistan, Shahbaz Sharif, condemned yesterday (Wednesday) in the strongest terms the despicable attempt to target the holy site in Mecca with a drone attack.
Sharif stated in posts on his account on "X": "The Pakistani people feel sorrow and concern regarding this outrageous act, and there are no words sufficient to express the depth of pain and grief we feel towards this heinous and unforgivable act."
He added: "We commend the exceptional vigilance, courage, and high professionalism of the Saudi Royal Armed Forces for their swift and heroic response, and that Pakistan stands firmly, shoulder to shoulder, alongside Saudi Arabia, in defense of its sovereignty and territorial integrity, as well as for the security and sanctity of the Two Holy Mosques, which is a trust that every Pakistani holds dear to their heart."
