نوّه سفير جمهورية الصين الشعبية لدى المملكة تشانغ هوا، باهتمام المملكة بتطوير الذكاء الاصطناعي وتعزيز التعاون الدولي في هذا المجال، مؤكداً أن جهودها تسهم في دعم مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030، وتطوير الذكاء الاصطناعي عالمياً.
جاء ذلك، بمناسبة انعقاد النسخة الرابعة من منتدى اليونسكو العالمي لأخلاقيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في الرياض، الذي تنظمه «سدايا» والمركز الدولي لأبحاث وأخلاقيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، بالتعاون مع «اليونسكو».
وأكد السفير الصيني، أن المنتدى يمثل منصة لتبادل الخبرات ومناقشة التحديات والفرص المرتبطة بأخلاقيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وتعزيز الحوار حول حوكمة تقنياته، مشيراً إلى تطلع الصين للإسهام في بناء منظومة عالمية متوازنة للحوكمة تضع الإنسان في صميم التطوير، وتعزز السلامة والتعاون الدولي.
وأشاد باستضافة الرياض للمنتدى، مؤكداً اتساع آفاق التعاون السعودي الصيني في الذكاء الاصطناعي والاقتصاد الرقمي ونقل التقنية وتبادل المواهب وأخلاقيات الذكاء الاصطناعي وحوكمته، بما يعزز الشراكة الإستراتيجية بين البلدين.
The Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to the Kingdom, Zhang Hua, highlighted the Kingdom's interest in developing artificial intelligence and enhancing international cooperation in this field, affirming that its efforts contribute to supporting the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 and the global development of artificial intelligence.
This came on the occasion of the fourth edition of the UNESCO Global Forum on Artificial Intelligence Ethics held in Riyadh, organized by "SDAIA" and the International Center for Research and Ethics of Artificial Intelligence, in collaboration with "UNESCO".
The Chinese ambassador confirmed that the forum represents a platform for exchanging experiences and discussing the challenges and opportunities related to the ethics of artificial intelligence, and enhancing dialogue on the governance of its technologies, noting China's eagerness to contribute to building a balanced global governance system that places humans at the core of development, and promotes safety and international cooperation.
He praised Riyadh's hosting of the forum, affirming the expanding horizons of Saudi-Chinese cooperation in artificial intelligence, the digital economy, technology transfer, talent exchange, and the ethics and governance of artificial intelligence, which enhances the strategic partnership between the two countries.
