يتمتع طلاب وطالبات التعليم العام بمدارس البنين والبنات بمراحله الثلاث في مناطق ومحافظات السعودية، ومعهم الكوادر الإدارية والتعليمية بنهاية دوام (الثلاثاء) القادم الموافق للثاني والعشرين من سبتمبر الجاري بأول إجازة مدرسية مطولة في العام الدراسي الحالي 1448هـ وهي إجازة اليوم الوطني الـ 96 للمملكة.
وتشمل الإجازة يومي (الأربعاء) و(الخميس) ويضاف إليهما (الجمعة) و(السبت) الإجازة الأسبوعية المعتادة.
يشار إلى أن التقويم الدراسي، الذي أصدرته وزارة التعليم، تضمن 6 إجازات مدرسية، وهي: إجازة اليوم الوطني (لمدة يومين)، وإجازة الخريف (لمدة 9 أيام)، وإجازة منتصف العام الدراسي (لمدة 9 أيام)، وإجازة يوم التأسيس (لمدة يومين)، وإجازة عيد الفطر (لمدة 16 يوماً)، وإجازة عيد الأضحى المبارك (لمدة 16 يوماً).
Students of general education in boys' and girls' schools at all three levels in various regions and governorates of Saudi Arabia, along with the administrative and educational staff, will enjoy their first extended school holiday of the current academic year 1448 AH at the end of the workday next (Tuesday), corresponding to the 22nd of September. This holiday marks the 96th National Day of the Kingdom.
The holiday includes (Wednesday) and (Thursday), along with the usual weekend holiday on (Friday) and (Saturday).
It is worth noting that the academic calendar issued by the Ministry of Education includes 6 school holidays, which are: National Day holiday (for two days), Fall holiday (for 9 days), Mid-year holiday (for 9 days), Founding Day holiday (for two days), Eid al-Fitr holiday (for 16 days), and Eid al-Adha holiday (for 16 days).
